One of the best McDonald?s I?ve gone to! I have children, and this location has a huge playground for kids. However, I don?t... give it a five star because the parking is pretty tight and when leaving the place, it becomes difficult because of the traffic.Sometimes our food is done pretty fast and other times it takes them a while. It is always clean and we ourselves try tomaintain it clean because is one of our favorite McDonald?s! You want to see a lot of children, then evening time is great!Otherwise, if you want to see none, then I suggest early mornings. Enjoy! Read more
This MdDonald's Sucks. Just left the drive through and the cashier was so rude. He didn't charge me for one of my breakfast... sandwiches. And then proceeded to say with attitude, "That's why I repeated it three times." When he didn't. He only repeated myorder once. I hate this location and I avoid coming here. Something's always happening where they aren't serving food I want orthe employees here are rude. He didn't even bother to charge me for what I wanted. Imagine to my surprise as I walk into this McDonald?s at 830am and nobody says hello. I also commented to an employee about how... unique the restaurant was. Come to find out the employee who I also returned my stale biscuit on my sausage,egg,cheese sandwichwas the manager. I?ve been to quite a few McDonald?s in San Antonio and I can?t even put into words to describe that if I was adistrict manager. We would have to have a talk. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager in the evening is terrible. The drive-thru workers don't even check... to make sure the order is correct. We had to go back because they gave us someone else's order. Then they told us if we couldwait so they can remake our order. That was fine, but not even an apology or acknowledgement they messed up. We finally get homeand this is what they call their Spicy chicken deluxe. Also, the fries were cold and hard. They didn't even make those fresh.This will be the last time we go to this McDonald's. Great App other than not being able to use points and a deal at the same time. Sometimes service is fast and great, but lately... the fries haven't been fresh and this is after several visits. Guess make sure you specifically request Fresh Fries ???? Read more
A little annoyed that the sodas don?t get filled up all the way. This is a large with the ice melted, no drinks taken from it... yet. However, I?ll give them points for always having items in stock and working ice cream machines, which is more than I cansay for the other McDonald?s down the street that?s always out of everything. The lobby opened promptly at 7 A.M. I was greeted by a very pleasant young Woman. She took my order, repeated it back, and... brought it to me before I could even finish filling my cup at the fountain drink station. I was the first in the location. Itwas extremely cleaned, well stocked and the restrooms were also spotless. Read more
