It's a McDonald's on Marbach, if you're from San Antonio that's saying all you need to know. If you aren't from San Antonio,... don't be surprised by the sheer number of grackles and the occasional homeless person nearby or in the lobby. Don't bediscouraged by the long lines, they move pretty quick. The food quality is on par with other McDonald's locations. Read more
Slow service and employees. While I waited for a refill for 4 min yes 4 min for a soft drink refill I could see all the dirty... food area not only the floor but food prep area. Very dissatisfied with this McDonald's. The fries must have been fried twiceand the nuggets I got were stale. But that refill was good. Read more
A few times each week I have lunch here; probably more often than I should...haha. Typical McDonald's fast food. The double... drive through is convenient although it gets very busy during lunchtime considering it's right outside the Valley Hi Gate forLackland. They have the touch screen ordering system which is fast and convenient. You're able to customize the ingredients andadd extra items if you wish. The dining room area is not usually that busy so it's a good alternative to the drive throughwindows. Read more
The manager wasn't great help and the cashier terrible.. they have no experience at all.. they wanted to charge me $5 for a... sandwich that I had a code for $1. They couldn't solve my problem.. They were both African American.. I couldn't get their namesbut they had terrible attitudes.. if they don't like to work or attend customers what the hell are they doing there.. go home Read more
Come here every day at 12 lunch time and these employees are fast like lightning curbside or inside. Great customer service. One... of the few that you can dine inside now. Props to you guys!! Read more
I always have something wrong with my order. I get the wrong sauce or I got onions when I said no onions. But I continue to come... to this specific mc Donald's because the staff is so nice and welcoming. The staff is young and always busy so I can't be madfor having a simple issue in my order. They are always engaging with my kids so I continue to come. They are always so niceenough to hand the happy meal to my daughter in her window which she loves. Read more
Seriously, ordered sausage biscuits for breakfast. Used the app so they would be fresh, and ready for pickup. It took me less... than 5 minutes to get to the McDonald's to pick them up. I don't know if they went out for their way to give me a dry piece ofsausage, and a equally hard biscuits! ???? there's absolutely no excuse giving a customer something this bad! I could see thatthe person at the drive threw window already had an attitude. She could not hide her facial deportment, and that's fine. I canignore that, and I understand that she was not the individual that prepared the sausage biscuits. But, bad service, and bad foodall at once is too much to deal with at 5:30am! Read more
The staff are super nice! I feel bad coming here though, they're always short staffed but the food is always SO FRESH I actually... dropped a French fry in my car and had to wait for it to cool off while I drive home. I love coming in the middle of the nightbecause the kids they hire are never there and it's only the experienced staff there! This food is TOTALLY WORTH THEWAIT???????????? Read more
