I have been to this McDonald's a few times while passing through. It is consistently one of the slowest McDonald's I have ever... been to. Food is usually cold when I get it as well. The restaurant is clean but the staff are very inattentive. Even when I askfor my cup while waiting I usually get brushed off and have to wait. They have never been outright rude, just indifferent to anylevel of customer experience. I feel like this could easily be resolved with more team oriented management. Read more
This has been the worst place with the worst experiences since I?ve been to Texas. Everytime I come here it?s always for cookies... (and a couple meals) and every time I wait longer for the cookies than I do my entire meal and the staff gives attitude likethey are the ones that just waited 20min for cookies. The last two times I didn?t even receive my cookies, last time they forgotto put it in my bag and then this time I wait 20min, (I could?ve baked them homemade at home in that time) so I calmly asked fora refund. The manager gave me a refund but never came to me personally to apologize. I always call or try anyway to complain orlet somebody know and they never answer and I?m always leaving messages that never get returned. It?s always something negativewith management which is why I can?t expect much from their staff but as a business owner I can tell you, you just don?t treatpeople the way this place does!! Sept 22 - This place is a lot better. Would recommend getting food from here. Do not order delivery. You will not get sauces.... We delivered twice now. The employee actually laughed at our Dasher when he wanted to ensure we had our sauce as per the order,3 sauces per 20 nuggets. No ketchup either. How does anybody eat nuggets without McDonald?s sauces? The employee lied and saidthe BBQ sauces were in the bag. Yes, these employees lie and it?s a management issue, it?s not the first time. No cheese on fishsandwich either. Update 3 Jun 21: We ordered from here again and told ourselves to not have high expectations on the order.This place always had an issue with sauce. We would go there when we were out and about and get 1 or 2 items, and try to buyextra sauces at the same time. Lol. They would try to hose us on extra sauce when buying extra sauce as well. On this delivery:We got everything we asked for and all the food was made as requested! 4 stars for now; we will see the next time on ratings.Consistently gets 5 stars! Aargh! What the heck? Ordered a #3, medium, diet Coke for the drink. Add a 10 piece nugget. Not hard. Get to the window, they... have 3 diet Cokes and a 10 piece nugget. Nope. We're asked to pull up while it is fixed. Manager hands us a bag, walks away. Thebag is now missing nuggets. Another trip inside to get THAT fixed. Y'all need a first sergeant. Read more
Hands-down the worst McDonald?s that I have had the displeasure to visit. I have tried this location for three years now because... it?s close to my house. Their hours on the web are not accurate, they close down randomly and I maybe can count on one hand thenumber of orders that I?ve received that were correct. There?s nothing fast about this McDonald?s, consistently long wait timesnot great service. If you can avoid it drive literally to any other McDonald?s and try your luck. Read more
This isn?t the worst McDonald?s. But with that said, it?s not the best. I ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce and my request was... completely disregarded. I received a mcchicken and it had lettuce on it. I thought it was just a mistake so I sucked it up andate it but then I went another day and the same thing happened. This time I went in and had them remake my order. They were veryunderstanding but the manager had stated it happens often. 70% of the time I come here my order is messed up but they always getbreakfast correct. Make sure you check your order before pulling away as mistakes are common in the afternoon and dinner time. Read more
Ordered at the kiosk and the kiosk prompted me to pay at the front counter. The front counter has a big sign that tells you ?pay... at the kiosk? ???? (geniuses). The people see me standing there but choose to ignore me for a bit and then the lady finally askif I need to pay . ???????? These guys don?t miss a beat! (Sarcasm) Soooo, I order my food at 12:21 pm and don?t get it until12:40, almost 20 minutes for nuggets and fries. The fries were good but the nuggets were over cooked and dry. I door dashed my order and they took forever to give the driver my order like 30 minutes and then when I got it my burgers were... completely plain when I specified what I wanted on each burger. I have a son allergic to ketchup. As if they just ignored simpleinstructions. If I could give a zero I would. Pure laziness. Oh and their phone line has been busy all day. Read more
