They want you in the drive thru, not inside. God forbid your kid wants to eat inside. You order at the kiosk- fine. But No... ketchup, no straws, and a handful of lids. I just went , ordered 2 MChickens And a sprite. The Mchikens were hard and old. Like if they were made since yesterday. I ordered two double cheeseburgers a hot and spicy and asked them for a buffalo sauce. They told me to pull up to the window... when they gave me my order I didn't even check the bag because they had taken so long. I just wanted to get home. I got homefound out they gave me two double hamburgers which is not what I ordered one of them had no mustard the other one had one patty,no hot and spicy, and no buffalo sauce. I got several orders of chicken nuggets and fries. I also got a chicken sandwich that was so dried out. The pickles were also so... small I could hardly taste them. The nuggets you could tell were prepared in old grease and not edible. I wanted a McFlurry butof course the machine wasn?t in operation. Also I tried to redeem points for a happy meal and was told I couldn?t even thoughthe app clearly stated I could.
