They want you in the drive thru, not inside. God forbid your kid wants to eat inside. You order at the kiosk- fine. But No... ketchup, no straws, and a handful of lids. When asking for ketchup or a straw they look at you as if they can?t believe you?reasking for such things. I don?t ever get off to actually eat there? and I won?t ever again. Not even for my kids. I just went , ordered 2 MChickens And a sprite. The Mchikens were hard and old. Like if they were made since yesterday. Who ever... the manager is around 1:30 am should do a better job at keeping the food nice and warm and fresh. Rather then just beingfriendly and kissing bottoms. I didn't get a receipt either. I ordered two double cheeseburgers a hot and spicy and asked them for a buffalo sauce. They told me to pull up to the window... when they gave me my order I didn't even check the bag because they had taken so long. I just wanted to get home. I got homefound out they gave me two double hamburgers which is not what I ordered one of them had no mustard the other one had one patty,no hot and spicy, and no buffalo sauce. The employee was walking in slow motion to give me my food it could be because he wasdistracted from being on his phone. Read more

My son has autism and one of his favorite places to eat is McDonald's. We made it a thing to eat lunch at McDonald's once a week... before I drop him off at college. This McDonald's has always been clean and the people are polite. They always offer smiles andif a mistake is made they fix it quickly. We look forward to the warm fries every week and you can't beat their crisp DietCoke. We mostly eat inside but when I've done the drive thru it has moved quickly and efficiently. During busy times there arepeople outside taking orders to keep the line moving. I do hope that one day the McDonald's design goes back to what they werein the 80s--you know, red roofs, with what looks like fries on top, that sort of thing. The whole gray look that all McDonald'shas adopted isn't exciting, but at least this one has some color inside. Read more

Horrible service and I still can not reach a manager! Ordered at 7:08 via their app and did not get my food until 7:52. Ordered... and paid for large fries (4 of them) and they were hot even filled up half way! The chicken sandwich was burned.. witnessed anemployee eating on his break and licking his fingers while eating his fries then throwing his trash and touching the trash canwith his hands and return back to work immediately without washing his hands or putting gloves on!!! All of the employees takingfood out to curbside were grabbing the door handle of the main door and then grabbing food, never ever washing their hands orputting gloves on! Read more
I got several orders of chicken nuggets and fries. I also got a chicken sandwich that was so dried out. The pickles were also so... small I could hardly taste them. The nuggets you could tell were prepared in old grease and not edible. I wanted a McFlurry butof course the machine wasn?t in operation. Also I tried to redeem points for a happy meal and was told I couldn?t even thoughthe app clearly stated I could. I had to drive to a whole other McDonald?s because I refuse to give this one anymore of my timeor money. Read more
