Only because its close to home. they need to hire more help. I wait in drive there more than 20 minutes every time I stop by.... Sometimes there is no line and I dont know what?s taking so long. This location should not even be called fast food. More likeslow food. Read more

Parking gets very cramped and hard to exit right after skool hours 320-420 because of the double drive thru line. Other than... that we come here every day for boys. They're autistic and only eat certain things. Baby John gets large ???? almost every daygoing on his 3rd year. Jax on his 2nd year getting 6 nuggets n small ????. Read more

Went thru the drive thru there was only 3 cars and I thought it would be quick nope I order one number 1 Big Mac meal and two... McDoubles not that complicated and it wasn?t like I ordered 7 meals. They gave me my drink and told me to wait on number 2 noone in front 15 minutes later the car next to me that came to park 5 minutes after me got his meal first and had more bags so Iwent inside and asked one of managers and they told her they were waiting for the Big Mac and she apologized and said I?ll giveyou a free meal. It?s not the meal that I want or people need it?s the service that?s needs to improve you have like 20 kidsworking there and there just standing there being chatty Kathy?s gossiping about their boyfriends and what they saw on TikTok.Customer service is not implemented on them and you?ll can?t blame Covid and that they don?t have enough employees because theyhave always had this problem It?s a shame that they got a new building but they did not get customer service with this newbuilding giving away free food. Every time you make a mistake doesn?t make it right making it right is fixing your problems andmaking sure your employees are train right with the right customer service so that way you will not be giving away your foodaway and waste money. Manager nor supervisor want service or a restaurant and don't listen to the customer wants. If you say no mustard or ketchup... they'll wipe it off and give it to you. Read more

I've been here 3 times hoping it'll be better but it gets worse. The fries taste like they've been sitting there so do the... nuggets. I live down the street and for some reason my food is always cold. I'll just still to the one on Roosevelt. ThisMcDonald's needs to get it together. Read more

Had specifically asked for no cheese since my son can?t eat cheese, got off my car and went in cause I was in DRIVE THRU and... told them and they came out and gave me this.. is it so hard just to give me another griddle that has no cheese.. who knows ifthey were wearing gloves when they PICKED OFF THE CHEESE FROM THE SAME GRIDDLE.
