As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. There were flowers on the tables and the atmosphere was warm. The customer service was... great. Ok so check this out. U have the app right. And ur family member has the app also If both of yall are in the same... car/vehicle...it is against management rules to allow yall to order from the app. CRAZY RIGHT! This just happened to me and mywife. We parked in slot #5 and proceeded to order our meals through our apps. When the On duty supervisor came to deliver ourmeals to our car he told us this is a new management rule. No multiple orders from ur vehicle. Only one app per group in thesame vehicle???????????? Limp and oil soaked fries with petrified nuggets... Thats what I got. I'll never eat here again and hopefully anyone who sees... this won't either. Spend your money someplace that takes pride in their food. I mean, Seriously... How Do Y'all Mess UpFries!?!?! It's what your company is famous for! & why would you serve nuggets that have obviously been sitting around. Ordered curbside. Get notification on the app they were bringing out my order. 10 minutes later nothing. Called them and a very... rude employee immediately said "There are 5 orders ahead of you."
