McDonald's began using the speedy system giving you FAST food at a great price. Long time since that has been the case. It is... now synonymous with long waits, high prices and missing items. How can you feature, not one but two(!!!), items then NEVER havethem available? Unless you went at crack of dawn the first day available, you had no chance of getting either the Cactus Adulthappy meal or any of the Halloween kids buckets. We came here this day KNOWING we'd get neither and just wanted some food on wayhome from SeaWorld on a Sunday night. 45 minute wait to even order... then 20 minutes to get from order kiosk to the foodwindow!!! (Half that we sat while payment window held our card and took two orders) Food was lukewarm showing it was just aservice issue and no hustle to be found. Fries were cold and seemed to be missing salt. 4 kids and two adults were beyonddisappointed and it would have been easier to order pizza and arrive home same time as delivery driver. Next time.... This particular location seems to have always made the effort to serve hot food and put it on Fresh buns! I love you's in the... McDonald's app for a quick bite to eat, and I do frequently get food from here, but it is always drive through. They're parkinglot is always clean, and their staff do a good job at keeping the cars coming through, and getting the food out even if you haveto pull up and park for a moment. One comment I have about many McDonald's is that they never put napkins in the bag, or maybeone. But this particular restaurant always make sure to give you three or four, which I always prefer! I stopped for a quick late lunch. It was about 1:45. The were several cars at the drive thru so I went inside. I ordered at the... self serve kiosk. I prefer the kiosk as I can take my time without feeling rushed. They have a promotion right now buy one gotone for a dollar. I was not aware of this but the kiosk did it automatically, it was a pleasant surprise. The service was quickand the staff friendly. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Usually good service. Some teenage kid, giving attitude to people in line. Especially me and my friends?we waited almost 15mins,... for her to shoo us away, waving her hand at us to leave ?lines closed. We?re done. We?re closed, we?re done?, while walkingaway. They sent me to the third window and said they would bring out my food shortly and after almost an hour of waiting I got... frustrated, as anyone would and went around to the front to ask about my order. Just to finish out they had the doors lockedalready! I literally had to get out my car and stand in the drive thru to get their attention!! No one should have to do that!Just for them to tell oh yeah we are going. I was like it?s been an hour just for 3 burgers and the girl at the window looksover at a bag sitting there and goes ?oh well your food is right here but the fries are cold so do you want fresh ones? We?lltake them out shortly.? The nerve! I appreciate the gesture but no thank you! Give me my food that I have already paid for,you?ve had it there for who knows how long that it?s even cold already! I'm upset they over baked my cookies. Bought a cookie tote and all the cookies were over done. They either used the wrong temp... or left them in for longer than the 12 minutes. They were all as hard as a rock when they cooled. Only 3 were eaten of the 13,by my grandsons. The rest are about to be trashed. I've worked for McDs for almost 30 years. Fries, Pies, & Cookies are theeasiest things to make. Cookies are baked on a preset temp & time. All you have to do is put them in the oven, push the CorrectButton & take them out immediately. Picked up some breakfast on my way home from work. Sausage muffin with hash browns, and hot cakes. It's a busy location for... breakfast. Two lanes with two entrances. Orders were taken and paid for outside, and no wait time at the window. Read more
