Waited to long ordered sweet tea said they didnt have anymore after i paid..said ill take unsweet made me wait another 5 minutes... said they were out. I ordered online on my way to work. The whole point of ordering online is it saves time and no lines to wait in. So this store... was behind with drive thru orders yet idk what drive thru have to do with front counter or online orders. I waited five minutesbefore someone address me. Good luck getting everything you ask for if they ask you to pull up and wait for your order. Always check your bag, to make... sure you have all the items you requested. Now, I don’t open each wrapped item to see what is wrapped. Once at this store Igot home opened my egg McMuffin and it had no sausage, I called and was told there was nothing they could do. Read more
I dont like this place its Disgusting they always doing things so fast to try and get orders out and the manager wont do... anything about it ! They always rushing they are so fast at there job but nothing aint done right its nasty how they work !!Never again will i go there please check yalls meat when yall go before getting a stomach ache because of raw meat !!! Everytime I come to this location it seems like everyone has an attitude! Customer service is not good whatsoever. They always... get the order wrong or forget items. For how long they take you would think the food would be right and fresh but it's not.Fries are practically empty on medium and large fries. In my 38 states of Travel and 8 i have lived in traveling all over the United States and the Philippines this is by far the... best McDonald's restaurant I've ever come across It is by far the cleanest very tidy very organized store its employees makeyou feel at home with smiles laughter great customer service the food was quit hot delicious the Buns were perfectly toastedingredients nicely set upon the burger. Management was awesome there was not one employee that was not smiling and not giving it100% they all were doing a phenomenal job and show me every restaurant what it means to Excel in its excellence! Every single time I go to this McDonald’s they always get my order wrong!!! I went tonight, they made me wait 5 minutes before... taking my order. There was no one else in line.
