The MacDonald's on Nacogdoches Rd is nearest to us. My wife is more enthusiastic than I am about their Big Macs so this is... where we usually go. Today, we matched their special with two Big Macs for $5.00. Other Choices included FishSandwichs or Chicken Nuggets. After placing our order, there was minimum wait time for food to be brought to ourtable. The two staff members (cashier & deliverer) were amirable. By now, 50 years later, as a frequent customershould know how and what to expect from a MacDonald's hamburger. This location is a good clean, inexpensive place to gowith family to eat. Redesigned Restaurant is less human. Customers encouraged to order thru use of vending machines. Cost with tax of two McRib sandwiches is $10. Read more
Placed an order and waiting in the loooong line yesterday, only to be completely disappointed when we got home. How can you... completely forget to put my order of fries in with my meal and my son's happy meal fries in his bucket. He was so upset andcried because he didn't get his fries. He is 2 and I felt Soo bad for him. My quarter pounder patty was burnt and I asked for notomatoes or mayo on my burger and I had 3 tomatoes and a ton of mayo on my burger. Raw chicken nuggets. This location has always had subpar food and we try to go to the one on 1604 and bulverde. Sad this one is... easiest. Won?t ever get food there again. If I could zero star this review I would. If you have nonverbal autistic kiddos andyou get your nuggets here taste a couple first. Thank god my husband ate one first. What pushed this over the top was theinteraction with the MOD and then GM. Stating I must not know what raw chicken looks like as they couldn?t possibly be raw. 2022 Edit: Surprisingly they have done better. The last 3 visits we had, has been no issues. Keep it up ya'll!! The person at... the window is sharp and kind also. Give him a raise to keep him!! WARNING: Before driving off with your food, check to makesure that you have recieved all your items. Too many times and you would think I learned my lesson. I'm basically giving thisMcdonalds location free money or they are stealing from me. Let's do better management. Train your new hires better, train therest of your staff better. You can do better.
