Went for lunch and had great service and food. I order via the kiosk and they usually forget my drink at other locations. A... worker here bought me a cup shortly after I sat down, which was great. I had a McRib which was well sauced and the fries werecrispy and hot. I'll be coming back! Read more

I went to the register around 4:53PM (10/13/22) and asked for the ?Cactus Plant Flea Market? FOUR TIMES! They said they got it... and charged us for the Classic QPC. For 17.99$ I DID NOT WANT BURGERS. I wanted the little figure Ong. I don?t care if you don?thave it, just tell me. I would be fine with it, the manager came and said ?they didn?t have it? and refused to help me with my20$ I lost. That?s 2 hours of work. Omg. I messaged the email contact and overall unsatisfied about the food. McDonald?s alwayssucks. Yea. Also the boss looks like Skyer White ???? she was rude and didn?t even help at all. Businesses are horrible at answering their phones. All those employees at McDonald?s and not one person can pick up the phone to... answer a simple question. Your website should provide detail?s that customers would want to know. Example: How long does your establishment serve breakfast? . Some McDonald?s serve breakfast all day. Read more

I specifically talked to ordering teller on my biscuits on sausage n cheese it was ordered with special slip but I got egg... .I'm up a hill from you all..how can you get it wrong this is the last time I drive thru..OR CHECK BEFORE LEAVING... Extremely disappointed. Placed a mobile order and it was almost completely wrong. We ordered double cheeseburgers and none of... them had the second meat patty. Additionally, extras were requested on the burgers and none were prepared in accordance with therequest. Finally, when trying to notify management of our concerns noone was available or willing to assist us. It is such ashame that a McDonald's that normally has good service turned our latest experience in to such a flop. I hope management looksat this as an opportunity to improve their process and educate their younger employees. Read more

I just came from MacDonalds and my 6 year old girl took the small red balloon and the Manager came out and followed my daughter... to take back the balloon. She make my daughter feel like she did something wrong. I own a restaurant of my own and would nevergo after a kid for a ballon. Also her reason was, they only have 4, if they need more they should call me and I?m happy todonate more balloon to them for free. Read more
