Not only was my order wrong, but the girl at the drive through window didn't say a single word to me (great customer service),... and they gave me this monstrosity of a holiday pie. What the actual hell is this thing? I dared to take a bite and it tastedlike they found it under the grill, from a year ago. If I end up dead tonight, my bet is that I perished to this creature theytried to pass of as a holiday pie. Read more

Spent some time here with my family. After running some errands in the area, we orders through the app and sat in store to... eat. This place was B-U-S-Y!! As we waited for our food, I observed the customers, the employees and the interactions. With thedrive-thru line around the building and the inside being full of people, dwindling and then filling up again. This staff wasamazing!! They listened to customers who had waited a while and didn?t get irritated but answered respectfully andhonestly. The manager and employees can?t help how many orders are coming in but they can control their responses and attitudesand this is where many franchises struggle. But not this one. David was the manager on duty and I made sure to tell him thatthe vibe here was stellar!! I?ve never seen this before at a McDonald?s and just really needed to compliment the staff tosomeone. Location has lost touch with customer service. You walk inside and you're not greeted. Location has moved to self-serve... ordering and there isn't anyone up front to support since they're focused on drive-thru. The inside was also messy with trashnear drink station. Their drive thru menu pricing is lower than what they end up charging you at window. Staff nor managementwasn't aware of the overcharge and difference when reported to them. Read more

I would not recommend, this the service you guys provide ? restrooms are locked and no one was available to help. Do better... very disappointed & disgusted. This is my second attempt trying to get assistance from Mc.Donald?s this evening. Earlier todayI was at the sister location of I10 & Wurzbach, I was told to leave & get out. I was the only African American woman in thebuilding, as well the Supervisor called the cops stated she did not want me in her establishment. The police provided me with acase number for discrimination & I am waiting on Corporate to call me back immediately. Read more

Had an online order I waited 20 minutes in line before getting to the speaker. There was 4 cars ahead of me and each time a car... would pull up to the speaker they would put them on hold for 5-10 each car. So when I got to the speaker box to order the ladyhad me wait 5 minutes but I'm sure that is due to me asking her after 5 minutes if she could take my order. All I ordered was ahappy meal the nuggets were hard and the fries cold. For me to wait that long in line I would assume that it would all be fresh.Very bad service and customer service as well. The lady were standing talking line if they had no one in line to take orders.There was a gentleman on his phone walking around. They had about 7 cars inline after me. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I worked a 10 hour shift and wanted something quick on the way home, I get there and order my food,... pay, get my drink with no straw, then told to pull to park in spot 1. There were two people waiting. Waited 20 minutes andfinally my food comes out, fries were STALE and when I got home and ate my burger it was raw and not warm. Ingredients tasteddisgusting and I couldn?t even eat my food. Ended up going to bed eating nothing. Absolutely disgusting, and this resturauntalways has ridiculously long lines. Whoever owns this franchise has a lot of work to do. I worked at McDonald?s as a teen andall of this would have been absolutely unacceptable. Read more

Manager didn?t say a word, just hands me the food. Asked for spicy nuggets, told they don?t have em. Yet they use the same box.... Asked for chocolate shake- got mostly vanilla with some chocolate on top. To top it all off, I asked for barbecue and theydidn?t give me that- or a straw. Read more

Overall the place is good. They do always miss small details when ordering through the app...like no sugar in the iced coffee.... Sadly, I ordered the spicy nuggets on the menu and they look & taste exactly like the original ones, I definitely do notrecommend!!! Read more
