I always love McDonald's. Their food and service has always been top notch for me. Plus with using the app it has definitely... shorten my time in line here. I commend them for coming out to my car no matter the weather to bring me order. Everytime I'vebeen here it's been an enjoyable visit. I just wish they would open the restaurant dining area again. I would give no stars but I have to have 1 just to share my experience. Rude manager, I was given a burger that looked like it's... been there all day and thrown on the floor, old fries, and had to wait 23 mins for 2 pies. I will never go there again. It took about 12 minutes for my curbside order from placing it to receiving it. The drive thru was super busy and it hardly... seemed to move. The entrance to the Mcdonalds has a "DO NOT ENTER" sign which as I was trying to turn in, I did not immediatelynotice it was regarding the lane the drive thru can turn around from, so I thought it meant I couldn't enter there. So I went tothe next entrance (which was actually the exit for the drive thru) and had to awkwardly drive the wrong way until I found aspace to turn around in. On a positive note, this is the first McDonald's that has asked for the name on the order before givingit to me, instead of just handing me the food because I'm in the curbside spot. Idk what this egg had I brought this on my way to work this morning and it was disgusting. Never will I go to this McDonald?s... again. I would have returned it back but was already at work n couldn?t leave. You people should be ashamed for servingsomething like this. I?m glad I didn?t get sick.
