Teach your employees how to listen to instruction. Teach them how to make a coffee the way the customer requests. Ice coffee, no... flavor, just cream and sugar. Every time I ask for that, I get an iced black coffee with no sugar. This has happened 3 timesalready. Read more
Went through drive thru. Loved the person taking our order. She was fast and precise. I usually know what I want and just order... it all together. Most people need me to repeat my order. She was on point and got everything right. Read more
This McDonald's is always clean, and the food is always fresh. Love the caramel frappes and the cookies. If you order the 13... tote for cookies they sometimes even make em fresh for you. If they aren't though, popping em in the microwave for a bit will dothe trick! Read more

Now I see why there was no line during lunch rush. The fries were cold, salty, and stale. My quarter powder tastes and looks... like it's from yesterday. Going back to Whataburger. Wasted ten dollars on this mess. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because thecashier was super nice. You all need to do better. Read more
This is supposed to be a large fries it's not even full. This is why fast food workers don't deserve more than 10 bucks an hour.
