Employees need customer service training, sounds like they hate their job, alittle attitudes in all of them. Maybe a whole new... staff!!!! The only person that actually cares being there is Brandon. Brandon is hardworking always smiling and greets you! Asfar as the food, they do miss certain items. Nuggets can be dry sometimes and fries hard. not to mention the wait times arehorrible and the lines are even worse!!!! This was literally the WORST McDonald?s I have ever been to, the wait took forever, the fries were cold and had absolutely no... flavor and they burned and pulled apart one of my patties. I made a complaint and waited for my new one and it was again burned.I will never again come to this location ??????????? Read more
Back then McDonald's food was nice and juicy and hot but now it like dry or it tastes like the food been there over night it... doesn't taste like fresh food. I love McDonald's something the ones who are working on the front are very nice some looks likethey are having a bad day what ever goes on some where else don't bring your problems to work and be unpolite to the customers . Unfortunately I like this location because it's convenient however I once had to wait for my food at the drive thru for 20... minutes after I ordered not a big deal but the employee came out and had no idea why I was waiting, then informed me the foodwas given to someone else by accident. More recently placed an order through the mobile app, checked in and parked like the appexplains to do. Then waited 30 minutes no food so I called the McDonald's to find out my order was given to someone else in thedrive-thru line again. I checked in at 8:42pm I was given my order at 9:28pm total wait time was 43 minutes. Read more
Where to begin I had made an online order once getting there I was not greeting with a welcome to McDonald's nothing. Tables,... floors, around the soda dispenser area was very filthy, the prep area very disgusting, floors filthy, the cashier that was therevery bad manners yawning in customers faces and not excusing herself turning around and yawning. Cashier told me they were shortstaffed that is not an excuse I've worked at jack in the box and I've worked front and drive and fryers and was learning to becook and none of my customers left unsatisfied and I was working alone overnight so what's your crew excuse there shouldn't benone. This happened between 6:30pm-7:20pm her cash register was frozen and she could have apologized to customers about herregister being frozen instead she was just standing there, 10 to 25 mins since I got there no I do apologize we are short handedwe will be right with you nothing. I demanded to speak to a manager and she was even rude too. She spoke to me but I think I getmore of a response from my granddaughter than I got out of her she basically brushed me away like I was a nobody. This place is slowly improving. They used to always get my order wrong, sometimes even 4 times in a row for the same visit. They... still mess up, but not as bad. We ordered nuggets yesterday with barbecue sauce and didn't get a single sauce packet. But beforethat, the visit went well and i even got to try the new szetchuan sauce (might need to spellcheck that lol).
