Pros: clean, super nice manager and helpful staff, upgraded inside. Great play area for kids with lots of seating. Cons: if your... child is under 33 inches, they may struggle to play on the play structure. The steps are just high enough to only allow childrenages over 4 to play. Probably on purpose. They do have a smaller play structure but my 3 year old found it meh. Read more

If the employees - manager included - are as dense as they acted, humanity is doomed. Went to dine in about 3:30 on a Friday... afternoon. Ordered at the counter because the kiosks don't recognize special orders. Ordered a McRib with an extra patty. Thecashier was having trouble understanding my order. Seriously. He finally entered an order and I was given a McRib with extrasauce. Went up to the counter and asked for the order to be corrected. Someone who claimed to be a manager but did not have aname tag or any ID tried to correct my order, but also seemed to have trouble understanding the concept of a two patty McRib. Ifinally told him to cancel my original order, refund my money, and start over. It took about 15 minutes to get an order, butstill not the correct one. Instead of a McRib sandwich with an extra patty, I was charged for two McRibs. And it was just thesandwich, when I had requested a meal. I finally asked if they ever took anything other than multiple choice tests while inschool, if they had ever had to fill in the blanks, do any matching, or write an essay. They hadn't. I gave up and calledcorporate customer service to share my experience. The conversation was recorded and is going to be shared with the franchiseowner along with corporate management. As much as I like McRib sandwiches, they are not worth dealing with people who cannotcomprehend a simple change request. There is a Sonic across the street, as well as a Jack-in-the-Box and a What-A-Burger ablock away. I guess What-A-Burger spoiled me, because they have no problem with ANY requested change(s) to any of their menuitems. Sad. Read more

I would give 5 stars because I have very good experiences, but my most recent one wasn?t up to par. The receipt was stuck inside... the wrapper my burger was in and there was no ketchup even though I put it in my order. To top it off, a few of my fries tastedrather old. I understand it was late and corners may be cut, but I wish the receipt paper wasn?t inside the wrapper touching mysandwich. However, I do consider this a one-off, so I?ll keep coming here. I do the on line survey with my receipt once a month to get the buy one quarter pounder with cheese and get one free deal. The... person at the drive through almost never knows how to do the promo deal. McDonald's needs to program the their computers toaccept the promo codes. Read more

Drive thru line went fast, but the other took 10 minutes to come out to us. Everything was good except for the basket of... half-cooked soggy fries. Had to leave as the wait made me late coming back from lunch. Read more
