Been here twice in two weeks, using app for first time. First time ordered a double quarter pounder w bacon and got home to find... no bacon at all on burger, but burger patties were fresh and hot at least. Today went and ordered two quarter pounder w cheeseand basket of fries; fries were good but the qp patties were dry and not hot at all. I stopped in here at this McDonald's this morning and had some breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. It was... pretty good, it filled me up so it did what it was meant to do. The drive-thru was going a lot faster today than it normallydoes and I did not have to wait at all. I drove right on through and was eating and on my way to work. I am giving four starsbecause this is just a one-time thing right now, I would need to see this a lot more often to add that fifth star. But hey, fourstars is pretty dang good compared to some other places that I feel like owe me stars... LOL! Read more
I had a bad service service experience here and I usually have not ever chose this location to come to but tonight was my last... resort. When I ordered over the Intercom I was greeted respectfully and also helped out when he suggested a cheaper price forthe same thing that I was orderingAnd I was very surprised yet thankful when I got my food he was very polite and honestly, Mademe feel very taken care of .... Manager is unprofessional and rude. I've been doing Uber eats and have done over 100 orders for them, she wouldn't even allow me... to pull up to the pick up window to get the order. She insisted that i wait in the HUGE LINE. Never have I had an issue withpicking up and order but she had to be unprofessional and rude. Both Uber eats pickup lanes were open, i pulled in and calledthe number but there was no answer. Manager doesn't even know how to run her store , please fire or replace her. I had to get out of line the main things I wanted couldn't get didn't have when have you been to a McDonald's that don't have... milkshakes and apple pies matter of fact they didn't have the cream pie. If I could give zero stars I would, not one to complain at all but here I am. Im on medication and I need to eat a meal with my... medication, so today 8/22 I?m sitting at work and I take my medication and get very light headed so I place an order atMcDonald?s for 6 pc nuggets and that?s all. I arrive at the drive thru window and get handed my bag now I don?t check because Iwas already waiting in like for almost 30 minutes and had to get back to work. The Fredericksburg Rd location is HORRIBLE, WAITED over 30 min for a chicken sandwich when told manager he said we already got... the order! What!!! We are seating inside still waiting so they made the order and it was cold and so greasy!!!! I know this is a McDonald's so quality, customer service is gunna be garbage, but this place inpaticular is probably the worst... McDonalds! the staff and the Manager at nights are all rude, and basic sanitation is absent here. They don't wash their hands,they don't do HACCP, they hide their store ratings, and when questioned about this, they say "this is normal, and how they dothings." Read more
