McDonald's should have kept a play place or at least a small child area. Numbers are for the food to be brought to your table... but apparently here you have to get your food as if to go. All the tables are DIRTY every single one. But Restrooms are SweetNice & CLEAN! Would do a survey but no receipt with mobile order for one. Food was nice and Fresh as expected! Literally the worst drive-thru in the city. Slow, closes early randomly, inconsistent food. I've been stuck in the line between... other cars, unable to order because they "closed" at 10:39. Late night is "cash only" with no mobile orders honored. Someone iscommitting some sort of fraud, either the owner or the employees. I gave a star back for the sweet older lady who works insideduring the day. She clearly cares a lot about the restaurant and the guests. Honestly she deserves a better store. Read more
Yeah never had a problem or a red homestyle burger till today and I got 2. Definitely check your food before you leave drive... through. NEVER go through the 2nd line when it's backed up. They won't take orders from the second line and will take ordersfrom the first. It's happened more than once. I having 5 people order before you and your just sitting at order menu isaggravating. I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes, when I got to the window they had it without hit cakes not a big deal quick fix, but... when I got my order being I was heading to work I didn't look to see that there was no butter or syrup for my hot cakes. Neverhave I had this happen. So I'm forced to eat dry hot cakes and the biscuit was over cooked. Not happy with this order.i have ittwo Stars because normally I get great service at this location. Well I found a paper in between the patty's ???? the fries ???? were cold and one of the employees was overwhelmed ???? ????... ???? ???? ???? ???? do to that she had a very rude attitude ???? not to mention my order was incomplete when I went inside tospeak with the person in charge she couldn't help me with my order and someone else then came to help her do her job redid myorder gave me an ice cream cone and two pies..... ? locations needs new management ????. This whole chain has become absolutely unbelievably bad. Perhaps if you had paid and treated your employees better you wouldn't... be catastrophiclly short staffed. And these new kiosks so you can have even less customer service are disgusting. I waited ahalf hour as you were slammed busy with 0 let me repeat 0 people working the front counter only to be told that my order hadn'teven been put in the system because I had not paid. They looked at me and said it was my fault for not going up to the counterand paying...the counter that has 0 people working at it. The best joke is I was standing at the counter the entire time. I'msorry MacDonald, you only care about profit and pushing the employees out so you don't have to pay them. The best part is youdon't even have a customer service phone number because God forbid you'd have to pay them and then you'd have to listen to howbad your company is.
