9/6 I came around 4:30am before work for some breakfast. Pulled up to the drive-through, the employee just says ?cash and... breakfast only? unfortunately I had to go back home and when I came back he didn?t tell me cash only so I used my card no issue.I get nobody wants to deal with customers at 4am but maybe you should get a different job if you?re just gonna be turning peopleaway acting like your card machine is down. This McDonald's is always packed ..long line wait but what do expect being located by a highschool so me being familiar with... food service it's understandable ???? they still did good job getting the orders out n when there was a mistake made on my orderthe Mgr.was friendly n quickly took care of me???? The store manager Damian Stewart Torres is a complete and utter disgrace. I am baffled as to how someone so disrespectful to... their customer has the position he has. His employees are extremely rude and when asked to speak to the manager I was met withan even more rude response. This is so unacceptable. This MCDonald's at Blanco and Fresno is one of the best locations to go eat breakfast or lunch,and another thing, they don't... mess up on your order,just right,for the fact that they all work as a team. They're all good fast workers... Read more
The staff are fast but don't pay attention. the short manager or what ever he is shouldn't be a lead at all. Has no skills... except for just flirting around. The only person from staff who was very helpful was the other manager or lead in red tallskinny guy he helped me an was very professional. Regardless the issue you work there you represent there. Arrived here at 5:15am, and no one is taking my order because there is a drunk man standing at the window. No one is telling him... to leave and he stays there until 5:30am. Curious on how this is gonna play out I stay there and wait while this man is gettingserved holding up a line of cars. Read more
