This location continues to have customers move from the pickup window and then forget about them. We?ve had to find parking to... go inside for our orders and sometimes the dining area is closed. Then you pray they pick up the phone!! Unfortunately, theydon?t always provide receipts and they erase the orders from their screen so they don?t know what anyone ordered. Read more

The person that handed me my order at the 3rd window was very rude. No greeting, no ?thank you/have a nice day.? She just shot... her arm out the window almost tossing me my order. I let it go, didn?t complain. I figured we all have bad days. But then I gethome and my burger has no meat patty! That?s just insane to me! How do you add the cheese and other ingredients and not noticethat the patty is missing? Yes, the manager approved to replace my complete order. However, I would?ve rather just gotten mymoney back but i would still have to go back in person, and if I?m going to do that I might as well just pick up the foodreplacement. But I cannot go back today. I have never gone through a horrible experience. Read more

Lines are long. That?s mostly due to people ordering and changing their mind on 4 different things 3 times before finally going... back to what they wanted originally ??????????? Food was ready when we got to the window, but I only ordered a cheeseburger. Soit was probably already done to begin with. Used the app and they asked for the redemption code at the order screen rather thanat the window like every other McDonald?s out there. I don?t eat at McDonald?s enough to know if that is standard practice ornot, but it held up the line even more. We get McDonald?s as a LAST resort and we just happened to be at an appointment acrossthe street that was taking forever, and my daughter was hungry. For the prices, there are way better food options out there! Read more

Fast service inside, several vehicles in the drive thru but only one other family in the restaurant. Military discount offered... with appropriate identification for most orders. The staff was polite and ready to help. All the tables, chairs, and counterswere clean when I went inside. Read more

Is not the only McDonald's that does not have a phone available and have long wait times just to pick up as a uber driver. Plus... the attitude given. Specially on night time when the don't have the lobby open. Read more

Clean inside, had to wait a while, which I expected since it's new. They did forget two Happy meals when I ordered through the... drive-thru once. But overall good experiences! Plus I got this big Mac which looked like it could be in a commercial. ???? Read more

Three orders in a row they have messed up. Management on the kitchen crew is ???? First visit they left unwanted lettuce on a... sandwich. Second visit they left unwanted lettuce on one sandwich and unwanted pickles on a second. Third visit they leftunwanted pickles on a sandwich and removed the sauce instead. Every visit had the order correct on the receipt. Toppings are toohard for them to be bothered to do their jobs correctly I guess. Read more

The fries (basket) were not McDonald's fries. They looked undercooked and were soggy. Everything else was okay. The layout of... the drive-thru is crazy. If you park to go inside on the east side of the building while the drive-thru is busy, you will getblocked in by cars going into the drive-thru if you're lucky, no cars are behind you, and you can go back up and leave to thewest of the building. Overall I would try again. It could have been an off day. Read more
