I was there for a bday party for my friends son. Excellent games and facility for this type of event. Not overpriced but the... food was eh. The floor was obviously not mopped at all. The private party room was sticky floors and that shows a lack ofcleaning between parties. All in all it wasn't a deal breaker. The little birthday boy had a great time and the staff was veryaccommodating. In their defense with the floor situation, the facility was packed and given the amount of business they did agreat job. ???? I would recommend this place for bday parties especially for kiddos. This is a great place to bring kids for fun and food. Plenty of options with food not just pizza there are hot dogs, tacos,... salad bar and more. The games are so much fun with go karts, roller-coaster, Lazer tag and much more. It is all indoors so youdon't have to deal with the weather. Read more

This was our first time, we attended a party this past Sat. It was overwhelming to say the least. Food section was chaotic and... improperly rotated. There were hot dogs and corn dogs that were obviously past the hot food holding time. I just couldn'tbelieve the lack of structure or cleanliness in this particular area. The party room we attended was soo hot. There were alsoquite a few of rides out of service but despite that, The POSITIVE was the game room had a vast amount of rides and activitiesAND the staff was very courteous. Great place to take the family would not recommend doing a party. We did small party for birthday. Child did not get in ticket... blaster did not get to spin wheel did not get birthday present from pizza place have not got thank you notes also in goodie bagscandy was out dated and when I went to tell hostess they acted like it?s nothing new and no big deal. Over priced and chargedfor thing we did not receive. Would not even give one star but it?s required. Food was horrible not even warm, hard as a rock, food game combo are a con... because I paid for 3 food game combos that had 3 free rides, and 2 food and game cards. (175$) Played games added my tickets,not even close the games do not add what you actually win. Get to rides with kids and told we have to pay with card creditsbecause apparently they don?t have the rides on the cards that we paid extra for. Get to the prizes and swipe to find out wedon?t have what we won and pick what we can according to the swipe for balance. get to the register and they say we don?t haveenough on our cards. This place is a giant rip off every chance they get they literally screw you. Not worth coming to theexperience was horrible. And restroom smelt really bad toilet seat was broken and dirty. I visited San Antonio to see some relatives and they took me and my kids to Incredible Pizza. This is the perfect place for... families to spend the day. Tickets are evenly priced with combo packages for unlimited food and rides. The food was great. Thereis a buffet style layout with a variety of pizzas, a salad bar, pasta, chicken, hot dogs and more. There is a dessert bar aswell with ice cream and delicious treats. The are rides available are for all ages and an arcade area. Laser Tag, go kart,Bumper Kart. An entertainment packed venue! First time going, we were there for my grandson's birthday party and we were so surprised on how many game options the kids have... to play with and ride on, the food was also great we thought there was only pizza and we were wrong so many other options infood, so tasty as well.
