We had a short wait of 5 minutes & we were seated at a booth like we requested. The booth was dirty and sticky on the surface... and seats. I asked we have a clean space to be and the hostess called a busboy who cleaned it up immediately. After we sat, ourwaitress was with us within 2 minutes. She was energetic, polite, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu when we asked a fewquestions. She checked in on us often, and kept us informed about our meals. We really appreciated she did it all with a smileand positive attitude. The meal was served about 15 minutes after ordering and was absolutely delicious. I tried the new raviolidish and it's my new fave! It was tender, with a scrumptious creamy sauce and bacon. My mom had her fave, lasagna. She wassatisfied as always. Today Frances was our server. She was the most upbeat, professional server I’ve ever came across. She earned a good tip! Would... come again for such wonderful service. Nice to see an Olive Garden open as our favorite in Scottsdale, AZ has been closed. While visiting San Antonio we ran in for a... late dinner (no reservations no problem). There were two seats together at the bar on the left side with a drop-down counter,perfect for no wait while the place was full & also afforded some privacy for conversation. Our server, Mikyla, also tended bar& was helpful, pleasant & friendly. She gave us a few suggestions for breakfast out the next morning too. They were short onservers when we stopped in so we had a wait between drink refills, extra breadsticks with salad, etc., but since we were tiredfrom a day of sight-seeing downtown, we used the time to relax & visit. Absolutely incredible the hospitality here beats any experience I've had at other restaurants. The food was brought literally a... few minutes after we ordered it and tasted mighty good. Our waitress was outstanding so I say she deserves as much credit andraises as this company can give. Im bad with names so I can't include it but she had dimples with dark brown hair and hersection was the first dining area to the right upon entering. She was definitely on point and gave outstanding recommendationson the food and drinks, me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We can't wait to visit again. Read more

Is there a - ?? they took for ever to sit us close to two hours they kept telling us 20 min and it was literally way more than... that!! As we sat they ran out of peach tea ????they ran out of Michelob ???? and then when it was time to order good they saidthey ran out of salmon ???? The manager and kitchen staff should be fired. My mother and I were really looking forward to some soup and salad to go with the... weather today, but that didn't happen. While eating my salad I noticed that there was something wrong and when I looked closer Irealized that it was a used, dirty napkin. When we asked for the manager, it took forever for her to come to the table. When Iasked Sandra, the manager, if they recycled their food and put what others haven't eaten into someone's else's food she said no.She couldn't explain how the used napkin got into the salad bowl and stated that the napkin could have came from the trash, likeit wasn't a big deal. FROM THE TRASH!!! This is really unsanitary, and nasty, especially with Covid. Not only that but themanager didn't care that trash was in our food, and she just wanted us gone from her store. I can't express how upset I am aboutthis, and for the manager to not care for the health of her customers, and to have the waiter say 'well there's nothing we cando about it but ill clean the table for the next people' and start busting the table before we even get up is upsetting beyondbelief. Our server was friendly and attentive to our table though you could see they are short staffed and over tabled. I wish I... remembered her name to give her recognition. I don’t frequent Olive Garden for Italian food however, I was reminded howenjoyable the chicken and gnocchi soup is along with the famous breadsticks.
