My server was Kaylee and her section buddy was Haylee. These 2 servers were absolutely amazing. They answered any questions I... had, brought out food in a timely manner. But, also made sure to keep with the timing and tempo of the lunch I was having withmy mom. After a rough day, my mom and I needed this outing. They were understanding, lively, and even made us laugh. 2 of themanagers came by to check on us and ask us how our meal was. Phenomenal. Please come to this location and ask for these 2servers. For first timers at PF Changs I must say that the entire dinner from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I was celebrating... a birthday and put in a reservation for 4. If you have a special occasion please be sure to reiterate that point as we weretreated like VIPs (as shown below). They set up the table with gold flower chargers, gold chopsticks, and we even received a hottowel to freshen up mid way through the meal (no other tables received this treatment). A group of us went to PF Changs to celebrate a birthday! Usually, with our large group, we get okay service!! However, the... service was top-notch!! The food is always delicious, and the restaurant itself was so beautiful, elegant, and spotless!! Stevethe manager and his team were AMAZING!!!! Hadn't had PF Chang's in a while. Really bummed that their dumplings are just like any other store bought frozen ones. Chicken... in kid's meal was sparce and extremely dry. The fruit "side" that it came with was about an ounce and a half of fruit. Itliterally had: Less than one cut strawberry, two and a half tiny mandarin oranges, and four small blueberries. It was packed inthe warm food and was all warm. Paid to add a side of snap peas. It consisted of 12 pea pods. The eggplant dish was reliablygood. Spring rolls were pretty good. My husband said his Kung Pao Chicken and fried rice were just so, so. Not sure if this isa one off, but truly expected better than this. Read more

P.F.Chang when will I ever get to try Fire and Ice dessert, please? Miss Fire & Ice . . . This place is elite ???? Love the... ambience but above that it's the service and the food that makes any experience amazing . P.F.Chang makes it sure. On myastvisit I happen to get to know Elaine who took amazing care of our visit and gave fantastic food experience to my first timevisitor friend. However missed the Fire & Ice dessert. Had a nice lunch on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter, son-in-law, and mother. The wait staff is very courteous and the... food tastes great! I recommend the fried calamari appetizer and you can't go wrong with beef & broccoli with steamed rice. Read more
