This place always has dry or left over food . But what gets me is the. Customer experience in drive thru . Employees don't talk... to you or if Hou ask them for extra soy sauce they say they can't it's 2 per customer. I will never go back. This is the second time Panda Express does this to me. It seems like they sell left overs to kind of fill a bowl, in this case... Kum Pao Chicken. This time the bowl did not have even one good piece of chicken, it was all leftovers ???? ???? ????. I wasalready home and couldn't go back to the restaurant. Haven't been to Panda Express in years. Thought me and my family could try it to see if anything had changed. The first issue... to rear it's ugly head was the lack of entrees and sides available. Somewhat understandable since it was near 7PM and they had 2and a half more hours of operation. Not having your top popular items like orange chicken and steamed was disappointing tosee. Secondly the entrees we picked out were either flavorless or way too sweet, no crunch whatsoever as if they have beensitting there for a while in their sauce. Only thing that was semi-decent was the lo mien which is not really hard to mess up.The crunchiest thing we ate there was the fortune cookie which tasted nicely compared to the actual food. With everything elsein mind, the cherry on top to make the experience even worse was my father found a piece of steel brush in his food. After goingup to the counter, the woman up front working the register did not look up and take notice I was waiting for assistance. Afterpresenting the issue she was not sincere in her apology or in her approach to the situation. She simply said "That is what weclean the woks with," and "What entrée do you want." Overall I would not recommend coming here unless it was the only placeopen in a 100 mile radius. At least the food didn't give anyone a stomach ache. Will not be returning again. Read more
Decided to jump in this location on Walzem Rd for the first time ever for lunch. Glad I did. Nice large clean location. Friendly... staff. A big shout out to my server Kadesha( hope I got that right) she was fantastic and friendly. One of the best servers I'vehad in a long time. I told her I'd come back there just because of her. Orange chicken fried rice and a sweet tea. Not verycrowded people were just beginning to come in for lunch. Service was fast food was good. I'll be back???? Read more
