I visit Panda Express at this location (5707 Stemmons Dr, San Antonio) every week for lunch. Services and foods are... satisfactory; I have never complained or commented. However, I rated this restaurant today, 10/24/22, one star because the ladywho worked at the counter was so meant. I came around 11:25 am, and the front door was still locked. I stood there for a coupleof minutes. A gentleman in a black shirt (I thought he was the manager) signed me to wait a minute. I waited a moment, and thena lady employee approached the front door and asked me to use the drive-thru. I ordered lunch, drove back to the parking lot infront of the restaurant, and had my lunch in my car. Then I saw many customers coming. Someone stayed to eat, and someoneordered to go. I saw that and was very upset about why the lady denied me to go in. I tried to call to complain to the manager,but no one answered the phone. Finally, I talked on the phone with another Panda Express manager from a different location. Hesuggested I go online to let people know, and hopefully, the General Manager of Panda Express could see this my message. Read more

This place is awful. I been here twice an hour before closing and they just stop cooking. You won?t be able to get what you... want. I get it when you stop cooking 15 minutes before but how can you stop 1 hour before. That?s just bad service. Also, I wasin the drive through waiting to put my order for 20 minutes. Why is it taking that long. It?s not like they are cooking foodbecause they are not. Terrible service. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Read more
The girl with dramatically fake lashes and fried blue hair was very rude. I asked her if I could sample the beyond meat orange... chicken (SINCE IT?S NEW TO MENU AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT TASTE) she straight up just said ?no, we don?t do that anymore.? Shedidn?t even explain why. Customer service is bad at this location. Also, drive thru is closed for no reason. Won?t be comingback here to this panda. Read more
U have the restaurant open and the restrooms look disgusting People need to use the restrooms and sinks if u are open completely... close the restaurant if ur not gonna have someone cleaning the restrooms... Read more
How this location has 3.9 stars is beyond me. Disclaimer - Only went there one time. My main staple for all asian restaurants... is delicious fried rice so I may be a little biased in my review. Fried rice in my opinion is the easiest thing to make so ifyou mess that up then forget about the rest of the menu items. The fried rice at this location was sooo bland. It basicallytasted like white rice with a little bit of soy sauce drizzled on top. No other seasonings as far as I could tell. There werealso some questionable veggies in the rice that I did not recognize or at least I hope they were veggies. Will not be goingback to that location. Read more
THEIR FOOD MADE ME SICK! Trowing up and diarrhea after being their orange chicken with rice. It was a bowl. Never felt do bad in... my life. Worst part it was during work. Had a terrible experience. I was feeling great all day until 15 minutes after eatingthis. It was around 2pm on July 30th 2022. If anyone else experience some similar this has to be known by The food department. Read more
For months I've been letting this location slide with their uncertain operating hours and their dwindling menu; I have given... them the doubt even when they make you wait 20 minutes in the drive through just to tell you they only have two items availableto choose from or that the drive through is closed altogether and they're doing you a favor by telling you when you pull up.Well, all that ended today. I am done making excuses for this location. I'm taking my business elsewhere, save my time, mymoney and my gas. Employees are only as good as their managers, and, well... 'nuff said. Read more
