Service was very impolite, they kept forgetting to give us some of the extra stuff my family and I ordered. And they told my... husband to wear a military uniform next time he wants to get a military discount. They said it with an attitude. I have been very disappointed in Panda Express the last 5 or 6 times all different locations. This Panda has restored my love of... Panda Express! The food was perfect, the employees were all friendly, the manager came by and brought our kids stickers andfortune cookies. He was out cleaning the tables helping out. The staff as well as the GM always make me feel uncomfortable when I go. They always give stares. I find it weird that the bald... manager does it being in his position. It doesn?t feel welcoming or like a comfortable environment to have our food here to eatbecause of that. Therefore we tend to always take it to go. The portions are decent when u take it Togo as well. The problemthey also have is that they don?t prep enough for dinner or lunch rush. U always get the bottom of the pan scraps or have towait n see if they?ll cook more. On this visit they gave me old pale looking broccoli, dried up shrimp, and rangoons that werenot even separated in the fryer they were all stuck to each other with the inside ingredients in it falling out. Hot, good "Chinese" employees were fast and polite. You need to ask for hot sauce and soy sauce and whatever else you need... because nothing is put in the bag except food. Also dining room is a bit small and almost always has a line. Read more
These workers are beyond ridiculous and rude. Teriyaki is a sauce. On my receipt it clearly says I ORDERS teriyaki chicken,... which I got plain grilled chicken. THE RUDE male worker since he didn?t want to give his name and hung up on my face said I haveto ask for teriyaki sauce on my ? teriyaki chicken? or else I?ll get plain grilled chicken. Imagine being 6 months pregnantjust wanting some teriyaki chicken to not get it bc I didn?t ask for teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken. It?s ridiculous. Ifyou hate your job please get a new one. I ordered a family meal plus a 2entree plate from Panda Express at the Vance Jackson location. Then picked up my order and went... home hoping everything was correct. When I checked everything at home, I notice only one thing was missing. The teriyakichicken! Not a big deal, but just want what i ordered. So my gf goes back for me and tells them that we were just missing 1item. Then the Manager asked for the receipt, looks at it and says,"yeah, I put it in there." But it wasnt in there. Little didhe know we took pics. So after him denying that we were missing anything 3 times. He finally gave her the portion. Not sayingsorry for the mistake or anything. That's just poor customer assistance. Something that should've been easy to handle, he justmade it difficult. I mean does anyone wanna go back anywhere when something is missing.
