We ordered for take-out right before they closed, and we realized we got the wrong order when we got back home. We called about... it, and their manager, William, was very kind and offered to replace our plate the next day. When we went to get it the nextmorning, Katelyn was very empathetic and sweet when she heard what happened. She was also very generous with the serving sizeswhen she prepared our plate. I really do love this Panda Express, although my plate this last time was disappointing. I ordered the Black Pepper Angus Steak... (which they upcharge you for being a "premium dish"), and I usually love it, but it's apparent the serving I received had beenthe "bottom of the bowl" leftovers. The colors are normally very bright in this dish (brocolini, mushrooms, bell peppers,onions), but mine just looked kind of like a brown, gooey mess. The meat was dry and in tiny pieces. The mushrooms werevirtually none existent, or they got lost in the goop. They had also run out of rangoons and egg rolls, but to be fair, I didarrive at 8:10 pm. Then again, I'm a believer of making quality food available all the way through til closing. This experiencewon't stop me from returning, but I would suggest either going inside to see the food quality for yourself before ordering, orasking the drive thru attendant which dishes are the freshest. We were disappointed our food was cold for our dine-in experience. Noodles were cold honey walnut shrimp was very cold the... spring rolls cold. This was our first time dining in. We were shocked that our take food is hotter than the dine in food. Wewere disappointed. Read more

Literally the worst Panda Express, takes forever in the drive thru, they won?t take your order until the car in front of you has... left with their food. They ask what sauce you want, you tell them and they still don?t put it in the bag. Why isn?t soy saucejust standard? Just left the panda empty handed. Went in and there was only 1 gentleman in front of us and all there was to choose from was... sad walnut shrimp and unidentifiable vegetables where the beef was supposed to be. Stood waiting to be helped right at thefront for what felt like 5 minutes as employee after employee came with their scoops not even acknowledging that we werestanding literally right there. Finally we had had enough and left without a word. Pretty sure there were only 2 cars in thedrive through so I know they weren't that busy. Consistently a poor experience here. I'm not sure why I keep coming to this location. Maybe if I avoid the drive thru it will be... better, but they give me just green beans with my string bean chicken, they give me cheese rangoons that are flat squares,clearly mis-cooked without any cream cheese.
