They forgot over half my order and when I called, the employee immediately put me on hold and didn't return. I had to call a... second time and the employee tried to blame me. I explained I grabbed a sealed bag with my name and receipt taped to the frontand my food was simply not inside. Not my fault. Finally got through to a manager who was extremely rude. Basically told me itwas my fault for ordering during dinner rush and there was nothing she could do for me. This is not the first issue I've had atthis location. Good afternoon everyone, Today after my pregnant wife requested Panera for lunch, I happily drove to the closest Panera bread in... our neighborhood. To my disappointment, this location did not have the infamous bread bowl. I had to drive about 10 miles out ofmy way to the second closest Panera bread. I got to the drive up and ordered my food. The service was great but it wasn?t untilI got home that I saw that my order did not have the bread bowls. Granted I did drive for almost 30 minutes for this, I calledthe store a little frustrated with the situation. After talking to the general manager of the store, me and my wife droveanother 25 minutes to get to the store. The store took very good care of us and fixed their mistake. Can you guys please stay consistent with your food quality from one location to the next? How come the one on 151 and 410 is... fresher and tastes better than your location. Even the Mango, Strawberry and cranberry drinks taste stronger and better thanyour location ???? ???? ???? ???? Read more
God awful service. Ordered "Dine-in" with the app and reported our table number. Our order apparently sat at the service window... for 15 minutes. I finally checked with staff and they said I needed to retrieve the food myself. The simpleton worker evenasked if my "buzzer" went off. I repeated, it was an app order with table number given, no buzzer. My soup was cold and theyignored customized requests on all three Greek salads. I left it all at the table and asked the manager for my money to bereturned. We will not return to this establishment. You have been warned. Read more

I love Panera. This store however more than once I've been unimpressed with the food, and customer service. Today the kids... pizza had hardly any sauce. My chicken sandwich was so dry I had to put it in my soup just to get it down. I guess I should juststick to the RIM Panera. Read more
