Last Saturday 29th we bought 1 Hawaiian pizza, 1 original pizza, buffalo wings and unsauced wings. We all got food poisoned... with the chicken wings. We strongly not recommend them and we ask Papa Johns Pizza to check into to the procedures in the foodprocess. Read more

Terrible customer service. My order was wrong twice and refused to compensate me for my trouble and money. Robbie said he was an... assistant manager over Yari and that was apparently not true, due to being hung up twice by this Robbie(guy/girl, you couldn?ttell) called back many times and they still couldn?t find what I paid for last time. They didn?t give me brownies which I paidfor and ordered. Gave me a small pizza when I ordered a supreme pizza stuffed crust. Ordered 10 garlic butter sauces and onlyreceived 2. Very, very poor operation they have going on. Jerry Spencer is the general manager, which they also refused to giveme his phone number so I could tell him how bad his operation is?I?m a company owner and I would be devastated to get a reviewlike this. My family and I ordered pizza from them through delivery. When we opened our pizza box, we noticed the seals were ripped up as... if someone opened our pizza, and the receipt laying on top of the pizza itself. The receipt had the tip amount highlighted, asif someone was dissatisfied with the amount. I instantly was disgusted and did not trust the pizza. We threw it in the trash. Wecalled and spoke with the GM. He offered to replace it and have someone bring it to us. We declined because we no longer trustthis store. We are disappointed in Papa Johns for this. The driver who did this should be ashamed of themselves. This showedthat the person has zero integrity and did not deserve any tip from us whatsoever. We will no longer patronize this business.
