I came here on the last day of summer before school and ordered a large pizza with stuffed crust for my siblings for 16.23 when... I got to the Store I asked her if it was a stuffed crust she replied no it was the extra large as a fellow part time worker Ididn?t want to cause a ruckus so I left I go home and go to the app and enter the same thing that I ordered and I got the sameprice The price for the extra-large was four dollars more I understood that I got a better deal however it was not the pizzathat I wanted so I called and the person who answered did absolutely nothing and just told me to order another one casually asif it was something I would do.The lady at the front during the call gave me a little bit of an attitude which I was talking toher super polite trying to be as helpful as I can but she acted as if I was giving her a hard time. Overall bad experience.Understood maybe it wasn?t their fault I think it was the apps but I gave her evidence over what I truly ordered and she justignored me. Horrible! Horrible horrible! The manager Sarah was awful to speak to when i called to ask about our pizza that was not delivered... to us. When the delivery driver came to drop off our pizza at the JW Marriott we were in the lobby and they called our room, butsince we were waiting on the driver here in the lobby he left because they couldn?t contact us in the room, when I spoke withSarah (the manager) she was extremely rude and completely arrogant. She did nothing to try to help. I?m extremely disappointedwound up not feeding my kids the pizza they wanted and asked for a refund. After this experience I will NEVER. Order from papajohns again. Horrible experience. No where does it say that door dash would be delivering my order. If I wanted that I would have ordered... through the door dash app. They are notorious for not picking up orders and just ultimately being the worst. Food sat there forover an hr not picked up. Ultimately had to have order refunded and order from am establishment with competent drivers. Not agood partnership Papa Johns...at all. Read more
Best Service! Best Pizza! We ordered pizza tonight for 8 people late in the evening. The order was delivered faster than quoted.... In the context of QSR, Papa John's is great. It's not cheap but it's not expensive. This location is tricky to get to from Stone... Oak but only because of the construction. That's temporary. I ordered a pizza at 6pm last night. They said it would take 100-110 minutes. I live 2 miles away! I tried to cancel the order... online. They said I had to call the store. I called the store and conveniently no one was available to answer the phone! Thedelivery came at 9pm almost bedtime! Shaq should be embarrassed to rep these people! I had the same problem in another city, butwas convinced to give them another shot. Poor decision on my part, even poorer lack of customer service on their part.
