This place had my order for over 2 hours. We called to see what was the hold up and were told they had no delivery... drivers??????!!!!!? They were calling door dash to deliver their food. No apologies no discount nothing. I went to pick of myfood and this so called manager refunded my delivery fee and thought it was ok to try to keep the tip that was meant for the thedelivery guy. The nerve of this guy. Pizza was sitting on a non heating shelve for 2 hours and he thought I was going to be okwith that. Asked for a full refund. Your establishment is a joke. There were other order just sitting there as well. Read more
Ordered my pizza, Papa John's was nice and friendly. Delivery was set for 45 minutes. Door Dash delivered my cold nasty pizza.... Wasn't in one of those bags that keeps food semi hot. I could have gotten better for cheaper at Little Caesars. Here we go, 11months later, ordered $97 worth of pizza at 7:03pm, expected delivery was 25 - 35 minutes. An hour later, 8:05pm I called tocheck status, they said they were running behind and would let me know when our pizza was out for delivery. I called at 8:23pm,they had canceled my order, refunded my money and hung up on me. If I could give less than a star I would. This place ishorrible. I'll try again in 22 months. Read more
This was the third time I order from this location off 1604 and Blanco. Two out 3 were late and almost cold, tasted like 3 days... old. 3 time I ordered was tonight @5pm 5/7/22 and has been over two hours and still no pizza. Called and the number saysclosed. Normally no issues. I ordered directly from Papa John's, I did not order through Door Dash. For some reason the pizza was... delivered by Door Dash and I saw the delivery guy walking up with the pizza sideways in a bag. When I opened the box, the pizzalooked like someone tried to mash it together and punch it into the shape of a ball before shoving it back in the box. Read more

You can't expect a pizza in 30 min on a Friday or Saturdaynight let's be realistic. Think ahead, call ahead otherwise go with one of the other guys and tip your driver. Read more
