We ordered delivery and it said 28-38 mins. We called at the 45 min mark to get an update. Their automated system said it was... already delivered. Called back and spoke to a person and she said it was still 25 to 30 mins. No explanation or apology. Theyreally need to update their system and work on better customer service. Read more

Never ever have I seen a pizza be delivered and put on the side walk. I have a working door bell I have two benches on my front... porch but the delivery person thought it would be better to put pizza a on the ground. Really!!! Worst service ever......... Read more

My wife called in a pizza just before I was leaving work so it would be a couple minutes by the time I get there. I was told... before I left work that it would be 14 to 24 minutes when I arrived I was told it would be a couple of minutes so I went andwaited in my car for about 5. Went back in and was told it will be 3 more minutes, so I waited then I was told 3 more minutesafter that I was told they would have to make another pizza that this one doesn't look right. Needless to say I asked for arefund and went to another pizza place. Not sure yet if I will give them another try. If I do and it is a better experience Iwill edit my review. Read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery, tipped the driver and ready for pizza and a movie. As we got ready to unseal the box we noticed... the seal was broken. When we opened the box the pizza was a MESS (wish I could attached the pic). I immediately took the pizzaback to the store and showed the pictures of unsealed box and pizza to the manager. They apologized and stated they wouldre-make the pizza. I inquired about the very nice tip I gave the driver and was informed the driver was not an employee and theyuse "Door Dash" when they can't meet demand (which I completely understand the plight of local small businesses as a formersmall business owner). In compensation of my tip I was given pizza rolls which were burnt. As I waited for my order I observed2 employees tossing pizza dough back and forth with ungloved hands to each other. The dough was brushing against their soiled clothes as they wiped the flour off their hands on their dirty clothes prior to catching from each other. When I brought this tothe managers attention he said I'm sorry but never addressed the employees who continued to play with the dough and disappearedin the back. By far the worst run papa johns ever, stay away. 1st time delivery 90 mins no problem it?s Friday?? 2 hrs later it?s on my way 1... hr drive time I?m 2.5 miles away. There are much better managed store than this one. And it?s been 30 mins and no refund soapparently they stole my money too. Read more

This is my second and probably last time ordering from here. I ordered my pizza at 5:30pm and had estimated 76 minute wait which... for a Friday thought was reasonable. I didn't get it delivered until 7:35pm. When you call for status you get automated messagesaying were behind and will notify you when were on our way. That is not acceptable for a business to be successful. I get covidchanged things but there competitors have no issues doing the same job in better time. 1st time i ordered from here was hour andhalf wait. Ordering by phone has changed and was difficult. You are not talking to an employee of the store you are ordering from. It was... not great, but when my husband picked up our order, it was correct. I buy from Papa Johns at least 8 times a month. If my family is very hungry I don't order on basketball night because they are... busy and there will be a wait. This pizza brand is the only one that taste good hot or cold. Many college parties and Papa Johnspizza was always there. The staff at this location is very nice and helpful. I always get the promo which always comes upcheaper then ordering off the board. I have tried carry-out and delivery. If I have special instructions after I place my orderon line for the driver, I call the location with a reminder. I also have taken time to stand and watch them prepare the doughand make the pizzas.
