Nobody ever answers the phone. This isn?t the first time I?ve ran into this issue here but today was the most frustrating. I... had a question about their gluten free crust and it?s availability. I called multiple times throughout the day and multipletimes on the from south town all the way in and nobody still answered the phone. Awesome fresh pizza assembled for folks to take and bake. Tonight's order is first for my new Emeril air fried oven.

Went in at about 1230 for lunch, first time here, we had got the Explanation of needing an oven to cook the pizza in a joking... manner, thinking nothing of this joke we continued to order, the Grey hair man started to make our pizza, once we realized hewas not kidding that they don't make the pizza we said to cancel before he continued, he then screamed 3 times I told you 3times I told you 3 times. Went inside was told wouldn?t take my order til they caught up online orders , I asked wouldn?t that put me further behind other... online orders that came in and the manager smiled (and with a sarcastic attitude) said yes it would. On February 22, 2022 at 11:43am I called the 938 Wurzbach Parkway #108 location to order a pizza. After waiting almost 5... minutes I was disconnected. I called back and got no answer, so we decided to drive to the location and place an order. Icontinued calling while on the way. Seven calls later I walked into an empty store with the phone still ringing from my call. A gray haired man was making a pizza and ignoring the phone. I asked him if they took orders by phone and was told thatordering online was more efficient. I then told him I was the person on the phone and asked again if they took orders by phone. Again same response, so I continued standing at the counter to place an order and he continued making a pizza. Absolutely noconcern or interest in taking the order, let alone trying to provide any type of customer service. I said "nevermind" and left. He absolutely didn't care about losing the sale nor a loyal customer. I love the pizza, but I will NOT spend my money at thislocation ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone else as I used to. There are customers who don't have online access orjust chose not to use it, I don't think they should be disgarded. Read more

Purchased pizza right before closing. The staff was awesome making sure I was taken care of. Of course, who doesn't love take... and make pizza. Got a $5.00 puzza but am coming back for a large pizza on Tuesday when any pizza is $10.00 Read more
