We went in on Halloween day and there was a few people there. But it got busy very quick. Was looking forward to this visit since it's been awhile. Disappointed on the pizzas cheese was not melted all the way as they... use to be and the were pizza the mushroom seemed as if it was never cooked and thrown in after. Very disappointed and didn'tsend it back as my husband was worried something would happen to our pizza. We still ate it due to we bought 3 xl pizzas and had8 adults to feed and 2 babies. Would have given 5 stars but this has happened a couple of times to our family. We order our pizza and wings and they almost... always forget our wings. So when we go up to get our pizza, they say oh it will be 20 minutes then 20 minutes passes still nowings. You know as a family we wouldn't mind but we order the wings as an appetizer and they always take longer than theyshould. Update: I emailed and have gotten no response to the service. Read more
This place is so awesome talking about great customer service from the cashier Kylee taking our order to Alex the manager I ask... for parmesan hot wings they said they don't make them but somehow he made them and they were GREAT. Also the help from KaylaGarcia turning in the tickets getting the prices for my grandson (4 year old) was short a couple of tickets but she sure madeit happen where my grandson was happy with a big smile if I could give you 10 stars I would. I have been coming for a few years. My kids love the food and the games. But I like the fact the GM Ellis took the time to greet... my family and recognize that we have been in there. Post COVID, you just don't get that kind of service anymore. You normallyget busted careless folk just there. I really appreciate the care these folks show to my kids. Being a regular doesn't make youa King, but a friendly embrace shows me that these guys care. This place is a gem for sure Read more
Pizza was hot and fresh. Only reason why I didn't tag a 5th star was they were out of black pepper and we ordered a salad and... love black pepper on it. 1/10/21 update. Went back again and asked for black pepper. Still got the answer that they do not haveblack pepper. Guess the issue wasn't resolved. Wings were hot but lacked sauce.
