Food and service was good nothing crazy or special. I took off two stars because they charge a 3% surcharge to supplement their... employee pay and benefits. You also tip on top of that. I’m happy to tip my servers. But why not use the profits you makefrom selling food to pay for your employees benefits? Looking at other reviews it says you have also increased your prices onfoods. Why are customers paying a 3% fee on top of tipping and increased food prices? I have never seen a place do this andmakes me think you must not treat your employees very well. Enjoyed a nice evening dinner outside on the patio with wonderful service by our waiter Ruben. Food was timely & delicious! ... The appetizer was surprisingly good. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys fresh food. I plan to try more off the menu on mynext visit. Read more
Good was delicious but I wouldn’t order dessert here… the chocolate cake was especially subpar.
This is more than a pizza place. All of their Italian dishes are delicious! Service was top notch even while they were very busy... with prom night parties hosted in a hotel in the same plaza. Will be returning the next time we are in SA. Read more

My family and I love coming to Piatti! We’ve sat both indoor and outdoor and both provide a great atmosphere. The food is... always delicious and the waiters are so friendly and great. I will say, at times the front/host area is unorganized and a bitchaotic. One visit, 2 different people gave us two different seating times and both people helping us seemed a bit annoyed atour large party (which didn’t make sense because they are known to host parties/celebrations in their back room). Food is always good! Rated a 4 star only because this last time we went, the hostess wasn’t very nice. Told her the number of... people we needed a table for and she made a comment as if it “too much” when there has always been large groups, so don’tknow why this time it was an issue. Overpriced Italian food that’s all. Olive Garden tastes better. Waiter wasn’t that great too. Just because it was in a fancy... area, doesn’t mean they can act all snooty. He catered to my friend more, just because (I’m guessing) he was wearing aRolex and I a Fossil ?? I did like the appetizer though. That was very good. Read more
