this is the second time ive had delivery issues from this location. placed my order at 7:38pm online with a 21-31 min time... frame. at 8pm i was sent a text letting me know that both pizzas out for delivery , time passed and by 8:37pm hadnt received ourdelivery.So i called at 950 and spoke to an incredibly rude lady who claimed she was a manager to which she told me to bepatient that the driver was in route should be here in less than 10 min. 9:16 pm rolls around and still nothing- i call backspoke with the same rude lady who informed me the driver was back and when asked -he delivered to wrong location. i get itmistakes happen but as a manager she didnt handle the situation properly nor with consideration. of course by this point i wasfrustrated- when speaking to her she told me not to be rude put me on hold and left me on hold for over 12 min. she didntanswer or help make this situation any better for me. also no pizzas ever made it to be delivered to me . drivers need to payattention and get their stuff in order and that rude lady could use some more training on how to handle screw ups on yallbehalf. very dissappointed as a customer. be better . do better. Not sure if the company is cutting back on ingredients or if the staff missed the mark on preparing the pizza but both of my... medium pizzas had little to NO tomato sauce under the cheese which caused the taste to be absolutely horrible. I ordered onlinefor carryout and yes I double checked to make sure I ordered correctly and didn't accidentally order without sauce. Do betterpizza hut. Read more
I've been coming here recently. Jorge has been great along with his staff. Every time I go everyone is always so nice. I've... never had an issue. I've been to other Pizza Hut's and never went back. This is my to go Pizza Hut. Keep up the great work. Read more
I had an awesome experience today, I called to order for carry out and when I got there not just was the place spotless clean... but the worker was very outgoing, I asked to take a picture to give them a Google review and all he said was "are you ready cuzI'm ready". After a couple of minutes the pizza came out and we decided instead of take out to dine in, as soon as we said thatthe guy brought us plates,napkins,ranch,drinks.... and he checked up on us 2 times! I haven?t been inside a Pizza Hut in at least 10 years, and I haven?t stepped inside this location in at least 15 years. I guess... the tabletop video games are gone? (Yes, folks. Back in the 80s and 90s there were video games on about 1/4 of the tables here.)Everything is different. I walked in because my old car was being serviced within walking distance. It was around 2:00 PM, so Icouldn?t eat big. I asked about the salads, and the employee, Jorge, totally hooked me up. He offered that if I got a drink, Icould pay the combo meal price. Score! Saved $2 on the salad! Of course the drink was $2.50, but whatever. It was pretty slowbecause who wants to eat hot, fresh pizza at 2:00 PM? The restaurant was clean with music at an appropriate volume. The saladwas a basic iceberg lettuce salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Hard to mess up. I could not deny itsfreshness. Avoid this location ,they have very poor quality and several employees could care less about customer service. Who can't put... cheese on a damn pizza a essential part of it. Sure they remade the pizza, but forgot to apply cheese to the whole pizza again.The reason for the remake in the first place. Read more
Took over 10 minutes to get my order after it was already ready. Worker looked me in my face as I was standing at the counter... and instead of asking me for my name to check to see if my pizza was on the table continued to place all the pizzas in theheater. One topping large pizza only had 1-2 toppings per slice and it looked like my 8yo cut the pizza. Not happy, going tohave to drive further out for a different location. Read more
