I didn't realize my order was wrong until I arrived home! I called and ordered two medium sausage pizzas for carry out and... received two pepperoni pizzas. I had to drive 10 minutes back to the store when gas is super high because of no attention todetail! I'm not happy. My receipt had two sausage pizzas clearly on it so nobody checked the boxes??? Super disappointing and awaste of gas! Then I was told I had to wait 10 minutes longer for two new pizzas and they didn't offer an apology or anincentive instead I was given an excuse that the call center mixed up the order even though the receipt clearly says 2 sausagepizzas! Worst customer service. Ordered using the Pizza Hut app and somehow our food was delivered via DoorDash. We were not made aware... that our food would be delivered using this service until a text message was received once our order was ready. The driverdropped one of our pizzas on the ground and it was ruined. This store refused to refund our money even after speaking to themanager (Mira) starting we had to go through DoorDash even though it was ordered using the Pizza Hut app! Unacceptable! Read more
Per Judith, this Pizza Hut on W.W. White Rd. charges for cheese and pepper, but only for take out. What kind of sense does that... make. The other staff just stood there looking at her when she made that statement. The price of the pizza is the same. If Icould give her a zero, I would. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would! We didn?t even get our food. We drove there 15-20 minutes after placing our order on the... app, only to find out they didn?t even make the pizzas. Apparently the items we ordered are not available at this specific PizzaHut and not once were we called about it. Read more
I was craving pizza ???? and this was the closest thing so I said why not. I placed my order online and headed to pizza hut.... When I arrived it wasn't long before a waitress came out asked for my name and went in to check if my order was ready. Shepromptly came back out with my order and I left. When I got home I opened the box and to my surprise the breadsticks which iswhat I ordered looked like cinnamon sticks but nope they were in fact breadsticks. Borderline burnt breadsticks but the pizzaand boneless wings were delicious. So 3 stars for the burnt breadsticks which btw I fed to the birds outside and no complaintsfrom them. Read more
