I called to order my pizza and was greeted by someone 5,000 miles away. We then went back and forth about what order I wanted to... no avail until I asked to be transferred to the physical location I intended on picking my pizza up at. first I was told theycouldn?t transfer me. Then they told me they would transfer to the manager at this location. The phone rang about 75x before itended the call automatically. This is corporate restaurants for you in 2021. Never disappointed. I lived in Detroit for 12 years and wanted to see if you nailed it. Ordered the Detroit style pizza for my... husband who had never heard of it nor had one. It disappeared and we only ask that the Detroit style pizza becomes a permanentmenu item. Read more
Just left this place, Kid making our toppings get coughing and coughing into the poppies on purpose and laughing about it. It... wasn't wearing a mask we complained we told the manager and walked out and the kid still on the line putting toppings on thepizzas laughing. They normally do a good job, but the last couple of times they messed up. Previously, on an order of sauce but no cheese, we... found on arriving at home, they had added cheese and no sauce. This past time, the order was scheduled for pick up at 6:15 butwas not ready till about 6:30. It was not a rush period. I suspect the manager is not overseeing the kids who make the pizzasas they should be doing. Read more
