Do NOT order from this place. We place a delivery order and paid for it in advance with instructions to leave the pizza at the... door. They ignored the instructions, rang the doorbell until our kid answered the door, ask for cash (WHEN IT WAS ALREADY PAIDFOR) AND GAVE HIMSELF A $20 tip. We spoke to the manager about it in person.... all that was done was we were given back themoney was stolen. No GM called us..... Noone from corporate called us back.... if you have kids DO NOT USE THIS PLACE for theirsafety. Read more
I spent 70 dollars on lunch here and they still had the nerve to try to charge me for parmesan cheese. Shoot I we are all... hurting but Damm pizza hut we have supported you for decades with your overpriced pizza and now you want to nickel and dime us. Read more
I get terrible customer service especially from management as well as continuously get my pizza made incorrectly however do not... call each time however today 9/14/22, I called to advise my pizza was lacking extra sauce and the extra cheese I paid for andspoke to a Nichole who was rude and could careless about my issue and advised that the pizza was made correctly. As to thepizza made incorrectly, there was nothing she could do. They are no longer giving credit. She advised I could take the pizzaback for a refund hotI am currently working so that was not an option. She didn?t care. The worst customer service I havereceived in a long time. I myself am in customer service and know there was a better way to handle the call. She was terrible. I will not be ordering pizza from that restaurant again. Read more
Ordered pizza today online and they gave a super unrealistic time frame of 2hrs! My order was a Pepperoni Lovers as a large... specialty. I had ordered my pizza with light cheese and extra sauce, I even put in as a side note for extra precaution. I didnot get what was ordered. My 2 liter drink is missing and the pizza is stacked with cheese. Might as well have ordered a cheesepizza. This was a wast of time and money, not gonna ask for money back or even order from here anymore. Just order from anywhereelse. Read more
I threw two of my last three orders from the DeZavala location in the trash. The pizzas were not fully cooked, the staff would... not answer the phone. I got the feeling they just didn't care. With the exception of this store, I have always been verysatisfied the service and food from other Pizza Hut. I ordered through the pizza hut app. Please give an accurate or latest delivery time. My food was late based on the given... delivery time frame. The pizza was barely warm and toppings were sparse. The cheese pizza had a couple of slices half coveredwith cheese. The olives were sprinkled on as it were being rationed. The pizza was not good. Read more
