It's official! This is has to be the worst Pizza Hut location in San Antonio. I've been ordering from here for years and most of... the time there's a problem with something.???? I ordered 2 Melts and they were very over cooked (burnt). I had already waitedsooo long for my order. I was hungry, so I tried to salvage it by eating some. It cut the roof of my mouth so I stopped. To whoever reads all the reviews. I was supposed to start working in this location a few weeks ago as a general manager. I... almost got robbed,I walked out on the company. I came back to the valley trying to get a job with the same company. They put aback rap on me. Now pizza hut won't hire me back just because I almost got robbed. And the district manager and theTelemarketing manager put a no hire for myself. I don't think it's fair. They all work together into getting bad people . Idemand justice. Read more

I've had a good experience at this Pizza Hut in the recent past, but my experience here recently was well below the previous.... Pizza was well done, and the cheese to sauce ratio was all off. The only reason for the second star is it is the average of thetwo experiences and the first was a 4, based solely on the pizza being amazing. The only thing bringing it down from a 5 is thestore. The store isn't prepared for customers to be in there. If it was strictly the storefront version of brick and mortarshops, this would be acceptable; however, they have a sit down area. We aren't in the clear of covid, but we're out of it enoughfor this dining area to be at least more presentable. Read more
This was the worst service from a manager I have ever had!!!! Called to see why order was taking so long to be delivered. Asked... to speak with manager on duty, once on the phone I asked whom I was speaking with. They refused to provide. Moving forward, Iinformed manager on duty my order was over 2 hours late, and I had guest who had been waiting to eat, at that point the managerstated- " How is that my fault", and then he hang up on me. After being hung up on, my friend's husband went up to store andasked for Manager on duty, then asked for his name. He stated Sergio, friend then asked why did he hang up on me. He flat outlied stating he never did that. Friend stated yes you did she had you on speaker phone. After the whole fiasco with Sergio, wefinally got our order, and a complete refund. Read more
Walked in and waited at the counter without being acknowledged by any employees. There was one person literally in front of me... and did not greet or even say a word but instead turned around and ignored me. "Awesome Customer Service " is clearly not partof their training. Employees here need to have a team meeting and go over the basics if not more. Onto the food, the pizza was apizza, it looked like one and wasn't burnt from a past experience. The boneless chicken wings was the complete opposite. In apretty decent-sized container, there was one piece that looked like it was bitten into and the rest just looked.. sad, to saythe least. Also not sure if it was an ingredient or a sanitation thing, but something definitely didn't sit well for mystomach.. My pepperoni lovers pizza had very little cheese. I could see the bread underneath it. We waited over an hour for 2 specialty... pizzas because they forgot to make the pizza. I spoke to the manager(Joe) and he said I could keep that pizza and he would makea new one. So our family had to watch the other family members eat while we waited for the rest of the food. The manager (Joe)didnt seemed concerned and just said for us to wait more or what. Our wing order order was short and miscounted as well. Theserver was very friendly and attentive. Poor management. We ordered online at 7:30 for delivery. The food was expected to arrive at 8:16. At 8:44 the food had still not arrived, I... called the store and was on hold for 10+ minutes. At 8:55 I received a text saying my order was out for delivery so I hung upthe phone call. At 9:19 out order finally arrived. It was missing a 2 liter drink which the delivery guy said sorry he forgot tograb it. It was also missing an order of bread sticks. The pizza was warm, definitely not hot and fresh. Cold breadsticks, coldwings. Pasta was good. $75 later and I won?t order from that location again Read more
