Worse customer service I have ever received at this location.. I have been coming here for years and had never encountered a... situation like today.. the young lady Olivia was super rude..my pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:14pm she stated it was goingto be a while I asked if there was a an approximate time she said no because they are backed up then I said To her I would likean approximate time so maybe I could just leave and return she rudely responded with sarcasm that I would just have to wait justlike every one else because they weren?t gonna rush my order because they were backed up on deliveries.. I was just wanting andapproximate ready time so then I asked for manager she said I would have to wait 30 minutes for him because he was making pizzasI politely asked to speak to him as I wanted my money back and again she very rude responded I could hold up the line if Iwanted to but I had to wait 20 or 30 minutes to speak to manager.. the manager did promptly come up and excused himself asorders were delayed due to a big order he had prior but explained the process of refund and assisted Olivia with processing byrefund he did let her know to advise me when to enter my card for the refund which she did not do I had to basically guess whenit was time for me to enter my card and money was refunded? I will definitely not be coming back to this location? Olivia has nocustomer service skills, she needs more training as to how to assist customers with respect? Ordered online at 720pm- was expected to be a long wait and not delivered until 915pm. I called pizza hut at 8pm to check on... order and was told they had it ready and could send it early. Received a text at 8:07pm that it was out for delivery. Waited andwaited.. NO delivery. Waited until the original time for delivery of 9:15pm- still nothing. Called and they tried to connect mewith the store but just rang and rang no answer. Was able to cancel my order at 9:20pm but I have not yet been refunded so far!!So frustrating. If you want to receive any value for your dollar, especially during this recession we are experiencing in the country, avoid... Pizza Hut if you order a pizza with any special requests. I ordered easy sauce, got extra sauce instead. Paid for half gallonsweet tea, got 2L soda (priced lower than sweet tea, and not offered a refund for the difference.) I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. My pizzas arrived late and damaged. These photos were taken right as I... opened the box. I didn't tamper with them. I don't know if they were dropped or if the driver took a speedy corner and my pizzasgot some air time, but seriously. What is this? In addition to the abysmal state of their arrival, they were dry. This place is hands down a top-of-the- line Pizza Hut! They were able to prepare my wings & stuffed-crust pizza very... quickly. Please don't let the negative reviews deter you. My food was delivered directly to my hotel room, and it was still hotthe way I like it! The Delivery Driver was top-notch and very professional!! The food was great, and I was very impressed! 5Star!! Bad experience with the food and the manager. My pizza was hot but when I tried to pick it up from the box, part of the pizza... was stuck to the box. Pizza was not cooked properly and it then the manager blamed the pizza toppings. It was a super supremethin crust. Matt said the toppings does not let the pizza dough cook properly, that?s a lie because we have been eating the samepizza for the past 4 months every Friday for work and this is the first time this has happened. Never did the manager apologizefor the issue, never did he want to credit me for future order, and then he did not want to give me my full price refund of$22.72. Matt only wanted to give me $20, what in the world is that. I hope this review gets to the corporate or owner,ridiculous no good customer service and bad quality of pizza. Waited over 15 min to be acknowledged at the front counter. They had 1 employee working, who was frustrated (I don?t blame her)... and she made it a point for us to hear she was incredibly ?irritated?. Kept looking our way and but never came to take ourorder. We had to leave since she never acknowledged us or took our order. I wish she would of just told us she was all alone andcouldn?t do indoor service, it would of been much more polite than have us and our toddler all just standing there.
