Best service and food always! My husband and I used to live at the apartments next door to this location and whether we ordered... carry out or delivery the experience was always great! We now live near the AT&T center and the pizza huts near this area andeven the North east locations always let us down. Now we drive to eat specifically from this location and we?re okay with thatbecause at least we know we?re getting what we paid for! Read more
Used to be one of mine and my fiance's favorite spots to hang out and eat, people had gone downhill. They have no servers now,... food was served in to go boxes, dishes were dirty, they didn't even have cups we literally had to either choose from a 2 literor 20 oz soda and when given parmesan cheese and pepper we were told by the guy that was cleaning tables to make sure that thesestayed here after we were done. It's so unfortunate this place has gotten this bad. Read more
It's the same as most other pizza huts. My only complaint is they never put enough sauce even when I order extra. The wing sauce... is so good and nothing beats stuffed crust. Read more
Spent 40 dollars to get some pizzas delivered, they never came. Called after a hour of waiting , manager said it was 10 mins... out. Waited another hour , Angelina said she has no records of my order , said to wait until tomorrow to get my food / speak tomanager since he left. Called the next day , manager had no idea about anything and apparently refunded me the money. Nevergot a refund , or anything to compensate the time and money wasted. Don?t order anything from this place.. unless you went toget scammed. Read more
They are extremely slow when it comes to delivery orders. I received a text at 7:11pm that it was out for delivery and the guy... took an hour and half to deliver a pizza to my apartment and the restaurant 5 minutes away from my place. I should have justpicked up and learned from my mistake from last time from having them deliver. I?ll call and the girl will say ?we?re extremelybacked up. as per usual. Plus the guy that?s delivering really old?? I understand that and I try to give it the benefit of thedoubt but it should not take that long nor should you be rude about the poor man age and his performance. For now on I will begoing to the Jackson Keller location and NOT Fredericksburg. Read more
I had wanted to eat at this Pizza Hut for many years because of the old vintage Pizza Hut sign, was hoping it had some of the... nostalgia and charm of dining in at a Pizza Hut that I remember from the 70?s and 80's. The restaurant looked like it hadn'thosted dine-in customers in at least a year (blame Covid-19), but they made room for me and two boys. They cleaned off a boothand turned on the TV for us. Told us there would be no table service, but brought us out pizza, drinks, plates and napkins. Theyhave a claw machine toy grab. One of my boys successfully captured a Dead Pool doll, and store manager Chris told us how he hasbags full of these toys from repeated claw machine forays in his car. He then generously grabbed several toys for both the boysand gave them to us. Pizza quality was standard Pizza Hut. Good, but not amazing... Though getting it fresh from the oven andeating there improved it. Read more
I hate to make complaints but when I do it is very rare. The manger Shelby has a really bad attitude and stated she didn?t want... to credit me bc it will be to much trouble for her but it was going to take another 1 hr to fix and swap my meal that theymessed up on. I paid for a large three topping pizza with hut flavor crust and spicy garlic wings and we got plan crust andbuffalo mid wings. (I have been ordering the spicy garlic in previous orders and know how it looks and smells, not what we gotat all) THAT IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR SHELBY. I told her I can take pics and send it to her bc she said I could be lying aboutit. I Said there?s no reason to lie about food. She then said she will have to come herself and I told her then yea come and seefor yourself and then she said no she wasn?t going to do it bc stupid lady knew then I wasn?t lying. She said she only going tocredit me the wings but not the pizza. She said she bagged my order herself. She needs to wear glasses. She was raising hervoice and telling me either I do what she is saying or deal with it. they need new management there. Some of the employees arenice but management needs to be replaced. Driver was really nice and THANKFUL for the tip...food was FRESH N HOT ..as well in TIMELY MANNER...highly recommend...
