Zero stars the GM didn't want to take time taking to me about our order being wrong so I'm having to express my disappointment... with this location this way. This was the worst horrible service I have experienced here. They charged my credit card more and did not try to refund my money... and stated that they been experiencing this problem. Was very rude. This is as low as I can go because I can't give zero stars!!! The people are rude and liars. I don't like to post negatively but... this was ridiculous!!! When I put the order for our crews working in the sun at 11:20am it said it was 25-35 minutes deliverytime. Placed the order it stated it was going to be delivered at 12:14pm. The "Tracker" said 12:14pm and showed the little car.At 12:15pm I called the store and they said oh i'm sorry i have one driver and they had to stop at hospital first because it wasbefore mine. Fine I was like i'll wait...at 12:45pm still no delivery no call no nothing, our guys needed to clock back in at1pm. I called again and they said on hes on his way. He was on his way before, what is ETA oh I can't give you that info it justtook longer at the hospital that is 2 min away from their location. They may give me a $10 credit if they need to but I wouldhave to wait. Food delivery at 1pm. Pizza is cold, soda is hot and pasta is hard. No response from them NOTHING! RIDICULOUS Read more
They got our wing order wrong and only offered for us to go back ourselves to pick up the correct ones as the rest of the food... got cold. Then when we ate the pizza the dough tasted and smelled of a heavy yeast like it had gone bad or was out in the heattoo long before cooking. Read more
I worked at this Pizza Hut many years ago, it's changed quite a bit. Pizzas however haven't. Still hot and cheesy.... Unfortunately, dining room was closed due to shortage of employees. So I took mine to go. One things for sure, the Hut will bearound for a long, long time. Adios amigos... Read more
I tried the new Detroit Style Pizza. $22.00 for an airy pizza. Looks nothing like the commercial with pepperoni. Virtually no... toppings at all. I would have been better off with a double order of bread sticks. I feel ripped off by the hype. I should haveordered from Papa Johns. I would have spent less money and had a much larger, more topping and better pizza. I will never befooled by commercials from now on. Read more
The Pizza melts were horrible. Full of grease and hard. After soaking up the grease we couldn't even chew them they were so... hard. Completely inedible. Read more
