Worst customer service, especially that fat guy. Called in a order and my name was not even asked he just hanged up on me,... picked up the pizza and I gave him the card on his hand and he just threw it back on the counter with the receipt. He then justgave me my order with no cheese or red peppers and when I asked for some he gave me them with the worst attitude and the worstface expression. This is the pizza they gave me today. Was so under cooked and mushy. They just threw the whole pizza together. Never again.
I went kind of late at night to this location after placing my order online. Upon arrival there was an insane line already... present for their drive thru (the store's entrance was locked). After a 22 minute wait I get to the order station only to betold they didn't receive my order due to their system being down and that it'd be another 45 minutes after I order (again)!!!!The staff were rude, inconsiderate, and didn't look to be concerned at all about getting their orders taken and fulfilled. Isit THAT hard to let people know in the Texas sized line that the system is down or it'll be eternity before they get their food?Of course it is, that's why they work where they work. Customer service was good they were attentive, polite and quick with the food. Ordered in store and waited. Only took a few... minutes. Supreme pizza was pretty good. Lime and pepper wings were not very good. Wings were chewy and the flavor was off.Wouldn't recommend the wings. Read more
Our order honestly took forever for a pizza thats supposed to be ready so I figured it was the churros we ordered. I kept... noticing the young gentleman dripped in "gold" laughing looking our way. Was expecting hot fresh food since the wait was solong. However. Our pizza was thrown into box and crust was folded over on crust end... No biggie didnt bother with a pic but nowthinking I should've. I used to buy pizza in this place when it was new in the neighborhood and it was good. Then after a few years I decided to go... again, we entered to the restaurant and the cashier was kind of mad. She took my order, and I don’t know if she’s like thatall the time was his face looked like she don’t wanted to take my order. Then after I ordered she didn’t even washed herhands to start preparing the food. And I was feeling my stomach like if I want to throw up. Then we asked her if we can use therestroom and she said that we need to wait to get the keys. We needed to ask her again 5 minutes later. And she send the othercook guy that was there. He was a kind person and gave us the keys. The pizza was okay but not good, and the wings were notcooked good, too much oil and had a bad flavor. After we finished we decided to leave the table clean and put all trash out sidethe store in a trash can. (They don’t even have a trash can inside) are you kidding me? The pizza here is really good and affordable. Drive thru is very slow I just call in the order and pick up is way faster. This... little guy in the picture is Very rude stares at u when u come in and hands u your pizza with attitude. Please teach him somecustomer service or have him removed asap. Who ever is mod in this location do better and train your staff better. Read more
