Being a long time resident of the east side, I?ve had the worst of the worst experiences at this locations. So after many... disappointing and nasty attitudes from employees in the past?my son begged me to stop here and I?m so glad we did. Themanagement has changed, the employees were absolutely wonderful. The young lady manager and her staff delivered hot fresh foodand thanked me for visiting. The store needs a little more upkeep but the back area, kitchen area was cleaned and inordered. I had to wait for 25 minutes for my chicken, while customers were walking in and ordering the same order as mine and they... received their order before me. They kept telling me that it was a 15 minute wait, they were cooking the chicken. Completelydisappointed with the service i received. Read more
When we got to the intercom they said they would be with us in just a second. There was barely anybody inside and nobody besides... us in the drive thru. We waited about 20 minutes if not more for someone to take our order, even tried to get their attentionagain before leaving. Would not come here again Read more
This will be the final time I come here to eat. I really do like Popeyes chicken but this location is garbage. Before we have... had many issues with drive thru employees with bad attitudes for no reason with me and my family. Today we decided to avoidthat and eat inside instead. Thank goodness the employee wasn't terrible to us but the food this time for the amount of time wewaited was terrible. Cold food and I had to go up to the counter 4 times for missing items from the order. This is the firsttime I have been completely disgusted with the food. Even the red beans and rice was horrible for us and that with the biscuitsare normally our favorite parts of the meal. Sadly again as this is the closest Popeyes to us we will not be returning again. It seemed to be short handed at restaurants and the window person forgot some off my order I told her it was ok she seemed to... b struggling and had to many things to do I waiting in a long line up to the street and it took 15 minutes to get to order andthen it took another 5 minutes to order my food and 10 more min so I waited 30 min to get fast food ... food was good and I'mnot complaining just stating the facts 9-26-22 5pm Read more
I was on my lunch break, and i was the only car in the drive thru, young lady was taking care of lobby for 40 minutes and i had... watched several people walk in, so i pulled up to the window and she wasnt taking orders or anything. She had me wait. Terriblecustomer service. IF you only have a few people staffed either close lobby/drive thru or inform drive thru of the wait. Not avery nice place. I only wanted some tenders. Really bad food it was even cold!! Even when we're the only customer at the time. The sweet tea was awful!! tasted like it's... been out the day before and still gave it to us had to toss it away. It was drive threw ONLY but none of us see any signs of anysorts. When we walked up to the door the employee was really rude about it.
