If your time is valuable in any way, do not stop at this location. The general manager has no concerns about her customers and... should be terminated on the spot. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait and then wait some more. This is "slow food" atits very best. Read more

Their chicken is out of this world. I'd do unspeakable things just to bite into the crispy yet juicy deliciousness that they... call fried chicken. Absolutely a joke of a restaurant. Don't waste your time. Where to start... they were out of basically everything I'll just list... what they did have. Chicken (which had to be made so 20 minute wait) mashed potatoes and biscuits. That's what they had. Irepeated my order 6 times to the cashier who couldn't seem to grasp 5 piece tenders mild with mashed potatoes and a sweet tea.Sauce options? Ranch... that is all they had. Go to get my sweet tea, nope none of that try for coke sprite dr pepper nope nopenope. Hope you like diet coke cause that's what they have. Took a sip of my soda and it's flat and disgusting. I really hopethey are out of everything because they are closing down. Maybe we can get a halfway decent restaurant in its place. Oh almostforgot somehow they can't take credit cards through drive through so you have to go inside to use your card. I guess walkingfrom the window to the front register would be too much work? I thought about asking why they didn't just do that but it seemslike they have many bigger issues they need to figure out. Read more

Love Popeyes food in general but this location always takes an absurdly long time. Waited 25-30min just now for 2 chicken... sandwiches and fries... Only had 2 cars in front of us and 3 cars got their food behind us before we did.. ridiculous Read more

WE ARE NOT IN KANSAS ANYMORE!!! Let me start by saying I never had anything positive to say about this location. Customer... service was always disappointing and staff was always rude. The store got a facelift in kindness. Marissa took my drive-thruorder and immediately was greeted with a politeness that made me question if I was at the right place. She was efficient,Knowledgeable, and even repeated back my order. She sold me on the up sale!!! I always get my regular order and today I got afamily meal just because she was so amazing in her customer service. I get to the window and she was quick to say hello, takemy payment and didn?t ask me to pull forward ????. She even made an on the spot accommodation. Which NEVER happens. I was alwaystold ?Sorry you get what your ordered?. The line is always going out the driveway on Tuesday?s. Today?s visit was less than 8minutes from start to finish. YES I clocked it because it?s normally a 45 minute to an hour and a half ordeal and something isalways wrong. I love me some beans and rice so I would always put up with the ridiculous rudeness and wait time. I wasn?tbelittled when I asked for blacken ranch for my order I wasn?t given an evil eye for asking. Now for the first time I didn?thave to ask them to replace my food. Chicken always looks and taste like it?s been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days ordipped twice in grease ???? for a lazy employee who didn?t want to make a fresh batch. Fries were amazingly soft and crispy nothard, burnt, or were sitting out for hours. For the first time I left and didn?t check the food at all because I had confidencein the customer service. I hope new management is in there and making these awesome changes and it stays. Thank you Marissafor awesome service. I ordered a family combo we asked for spicy chicken and we got regular chicken. I?ve been trying to get a hold of someone since... we got to our home and we noticed that is was no spicy and no one answers the phone. Service was fast and professional but theydon?t pay attention of what they are giving to the customers sad part of all this is that my family only eats spicy chicken noregular and now I spend money that we won?t eat. Well where do I start I had to wait 30 minutes just to place my order,While the ac vent leaked out some watery substance on... me.Santiago never greeted or said a word to me.I was patient also skiped twice, frustrated i let an other customer go beforme.At the end of my gruling wait i could not help to notice the choas.The monitors were off no menu display,And a sign that said,exact change no credit or debit cards,,The place looked like a earthquake happend before i arrived..And got robbed at the sametime...HOW DO YOU EAT HERE......I gave my food to a homless man...Good job to the guy on drivethru and the guy Rocking thefryers he keep up, food was fresh fries were hot,,,But look for your self the Sanitation and work ethic was the problem....Lookfor yourself..
