I love Popeyes but this place isn't it. The employee was just rude, we got our order and he came back and just took the bag... from our hands and just open all the boxes, I guess they mix our order, he wasn't wearing gloves. He didn't explain why he tookour bag he just grab it first and then said give me the bag. We got our food back and set down, the place was cold. That's thefirst thing I said when we got inside the place , we ate there and I felt even colder. The food was good ,nice and warm, theplace was being cleaned. Chicken was hot and fresh and tasted great! Service was very friendly and polite. It was steady for a Friday night around 6:30... pm but probably slower than usual due to the construction blocking the main entrance. I also noticed that the employees seemedto wear genuine smiles, not like people who are miserable to be at work, so this might also be a positive work environment forsomebody looking for a job in food & beverage industry. I can't eat spicy food but, their rice and beans is good, add a biscuit. They also have mild, instead of spicy. Most of the... costumers in line ordered spicy. Read more
I have been here a couple of times, and I'd say the service and food quality is a hit or miss. The last time I was there I had... great service, the food was hot, and they didn't get my order wrong. I will say if you go through the drive-thru, they willmess up your order or the food will be cold from my experiences. Read more
I was going here because I love Popeye's. But always have a bad experience. They aren't friendly here but I usually have no... issues with the food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a family mash with EXTRA gravy. It's my favorite part (the gravy) Common???? It looked like y'all ran out of gravy and scraped the bottom of the pot to get the tiny bit of gravy you gave me. I'm donewith this Popeye's. Maybe the one in UC will not disappoint. Older female taking order at drive thru claimed to have trouble hearing through headset. She then proceeds take two orders but... was only given one meal. Requested money back for meal but claims did not have key to make refund. I left with only one meal butdecided to dispose of meal. Food was probably of poor quality. Everytime I visit this location the staff is very unprofessionaland annoyed by customers. Never eating at another Popeye's location again. Came to Mama Lou's on Walzem to get some tasty food. I haven't been back to this location since when after it opened and I found a German roach under the skin of my chicken... breast. My mom on her own went by recently unfortunately and they attempted to charge her $30 for a small meal. So she said sheasked to change her order but the drive thru employee replied ok bye, assuming she was canceling all together. When shequestioned him at the window he just laughed about it and acted dissmisive. don't waste your money or time here. Read more
My initial Ubereats order was cancelled so when I showed up there was no food ready. Tony, was amazing and took my order... immediately with a smile. Truly top tier customer service and it was all done with a smile. Read more
