I ordered my food to be delivered to me at 7:50. I received my food my 8:50, only for me to receive a large fry. I ordered a... sandwich, mash potatoes, and fries. To make it worse I found hairs in my fries. I called to tell them if I can get a refund orif I can go get the food that I ordered, but I guess no one wanted to answer even though I called 15 times. So I spent $20 onlyfor me to get a fry. Worst Popeyes location. Read more
We placed an order online then when we tried to go through the drive through they had boxes blocking the driver through and the... workers were there at the window so I parked at the front to go inside but they had the front door locked and they don?t evenanswer the phone . So one customer run over the boxes and he placed his order at the window so we followed . They were actinglike nothing happened very unprofessional staff they gave us our order then when we got home the order was missing the pies .Like what the hell is going on with this location seriously. Even when I do doordash or Uber eats always problems at this placethe wait is so long so i end up cancelling the pickup . If you don?t wanna work just go find a different job . Went there last Saturday, 10/16/2021. The chicken was NOT EATABLE! Went back the next day to get refund. The manager said... that he would refund my purchase. I had to call Discover card to claim my refund because he didn?t process the refund. Iordered a 2 piece and when I got home with my order, the lady gave me 4 pieces, as if getting 4 uneatable pieces was better than2!!!! I?ll never order from Popeyes again! Read more
Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru. First of all, I waited 5 mins, before getting a chance to place... my drive thru order. Clearly explained what I wanted, saw my order correctly displayed on the screen and when I received myorder, had to ask for sauces. (sauces displayed on receipt) The young hispanic woman working tge winder seemed irritated when Iasked for the sauces. Funny thing, I witnessed the vehicle in front of me experiencing the same issues. I ordered chickennuggets, chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. When I got home, 2/3 of my order was correct. I got a 3 piece meal instead of thetenders. Through the drive thru window I could clearly see 5-6 employees and you mean to tell me that none of them canaccurately send out an order? Just curious, are napkins extra? Always thought they came free with the order! Will NEVER go tothis pathetic Popeyes again! Read more
Loved that chicken from Popeyes. Tasted good, food was fast and staff was friendly. Great job! Update: I went to this Popeyes... again on 17 July 21 the food was as consistent and still delivers excellent service. Also, they recieved a 97/100 on food safetyinspection. Definitely a great place to eat. Read more
Was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Went to the drive through and the girl at the window was... super rude. No greeting, rolled her eyes when we asked for the dipping sauce that comes with the meal. She was talking to hercoworkers through out the entire transaction. No thanks you or any words at all when she handed us the food. The food was oldand dry. They didn't have any tea or frozen lemonade. Read more
