This is a very inefficient and terrible tasting location. It took over 5 or so minutes for the person in front of me to go... through the drive through. I thought it was due to indecision, but when I pulled up it took over 2 minutes to be greeted andthen over 3 minutes to have my order taken. After I pulled up, I noticed three staff working, without gloves or hair nets. Eventhough they were friendly, there was no reason for such slow service. When I received my food I noticed the coke was old andneeded to be refilled, my tenders were not even cooked through, and the biscuit was stale. I checked for mold, that's how bad ittasted. I will never go to another Popeyes as I cannot take the taste out of my mouth, but if you want Popeyes avoid thislocation. Read more
I ordered a 4 piece combo and 4 extra biscuits. Got home the Mac and cheese was dry, biscuit hard, chicken tasted nasty no... flavor. I had stopped going to Popeyes because the chicken wings are so small and the cost is high even before pandemic. Igive them 1 star cause the cashier was cool, but they need a new cook. Where do I start. I?m not angry just disappointed. We pulled up to the menu second in line the person before us must have been... waiting for a minute because less than two minutes of us sitting there he pulled out of line and drove off. I pulled up waitedabout three minutes before I started to yell hello, hello after about two minutes someone came to the intercom and asked we waita few moments naturally I said yes. After five minutes of waiting she takes our order. As I pull to the window I see there fullystaffed so I?m wondering why such a wait. I then note three people in total fixing orders no gloves or hairnets. We wait aboutsix minutes the entire time I?m watching them prepare orders. The glass slides open and reveals there are four people with nohair nets locks and long hair amongst the team. Got the food made sure everything was there got to the light the 12 pricenuggets are cold as if they were not even reheated just old. Mac n cheese was cold and clumpy I ordered red beans as well asCajun rice and extra biscuit. The biscuit was cold and stale and hard the red beans was warm but that Cajun rice was soursmelling spoiled not eating so the only thing that was edible was the warm beans and rice.
