Beautiful restaurant, can?t believe they charge for the chips n salsa. As any other Mexican restaurant, they usually give that... complimentary. Anyhow when we did get the salsa. It was the not so delicious roasted kind of salsa. So that was a mistake. Foodwas good, a bit overpriced if you ask me. Great service! Very nice environment and layout. Price point food! Excellent menu choices. Authentic and delicious food. Price... beyond reasonable. Hubby got shrimp and fish tacos. A very average place on a vacation with a lot of excellent food. Everyone said the rice was not very good. My wife had the... chocolate mole and liked it but did not like the rice. I didn?t like the tacos because I was told they would not have tomatoes.I could not have tomatoes because of a health concern. A few bites in I discovered tomatoes and was not happy. Went 2 days after the loss of a family member. Both my kids were home so we decided to go to have lunch there. The server was... amazing! Truly a nice and friendly guy. When we got our food the person who came to drop off half of the plates missed the tablewith the tortillas and they fell on my shoe. No I?m sorry even excuse me, nothing. Super rude with an attitude. She came backwith ?fresh tortillas? but there was a hair in the tortillas and they looked awful so I?m pretty sure she just brought us backthe tortillas that fell on the floor. We visited Rosario?s on a Sunday around 4pm. The place is open so it can get pretty loud. We were seated immediately. The... paintings are beautiful! We had to wait a bit before our server spoke to us and our table was still dirty. The food came outquickly and totally made the experience worth it. Best mole I?ve had! It was perfect. The lengua was nice, tender, and full offlavor, and the margarita was delicious. We waited awhile after we told them we were ready for our check, but by that time wewere full and pretty happy. A friend recommended this place while we were visiting San Antonio. Really loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent. ... The waiter allowed me to taste a few sauces before I placed my order which made a world of difference on my enchiladas. Theonly disappointment is that we ordered to go.
